Yin Ji Chang Fen is a delight for anyone craving authentic Cantonese comfort food. Their signature rice noodle rolls are silky, delicate, and filled with flavorful choices—from shrimp to BBQ pork. The congee is creamy and warming, with subtle seasoning that lets the ingredients shine. Service is prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend their dough-stick wrapped roll and a bowl of congee on a chilly day.

i went with my family. we thought the sauces with the rice noodle rolls were a bit bland. however, we did like the chicken feet. i recommend if you just want something quick and easy meal. other than that nothing special. the service was good and the food came out quick and fresh!

We stopped by for appetizers/waters and spent maybe 20 minutes. We paid the bill and a waitress came over to ask for tip, implying a tip MUST be paid. Waitress only came by to take order and bring small order of appetizer over. Didn't appreciate the aggressiveness. She didnt want to seem to take no for an answer. If you go here expect to tip no matter what.

Went on a weekday — place was empty. Almost $10 for a rice roll and congee, but the quality was poor. Everything was overcooked, and the congee was really watery. The staff were just chatting among themselves and not providing any service. No idea why the owner is managing it so poorly — it’s hurting their reputation. Definitely not worth the price.

As a Cantonese I am sad . Food can't compare to the Milpitas location . The congee is like water with a little bit rice . The siu mai looks like steams long time and days old . Shrimp dumplings is so tiny . Unbelievable . Sorry no photos . Sad breakfast choice

Cannot make it. 2 days trying 2 branches (previous one in Milpitas) and this branch is a disappointment. Congee is basically water with no Cantonese taste and dim sum tasted as it was frozen for weeks and finally cooked.
