The people were super friendly and so was the server. But food didn't have much flavor and beans were terrible. And it's over priced for what you get. I took half my beef burrito to go and ate the rest today, while eating I found a piece of wire in my burrito. See pictures

The food was very good, and the margaritas we're tasty. I like their carnitas, and my wife likes the tostada with chicken, and no shell (gluten free).

It is dry, the tortillas do not feel good nor taste delightful. The service is good, they are nice. It is a cute restaurant and a nice environment, but to us the food did not match it.

When you food comes out 3 minutes after you place your order that tells you something about the dining experience you are about to enjoy. It's as if they tried to make the food taste and look unappetizing.

Had fun here, not much open on a Sunday stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. Food was okay. The bartender Carly was super helpful. She was busting her butt. She had a full bar and waiting tables . She made the best drinks as we came back another day and was hoping to have her again. It's a spot to hangout

Colina de oro is not a real Mexican restaurant, food doesn't taste at all. We ate burrito and tacos there. Prices is about $16 most of dishes. One star for food n 4 stars for service. We would not recommend food there.

We have had family events here and have been devoted customers for years but the last few times the food has been utterly terrible. The last time it made my uncle sick and this time we decided to try once more and picked up the food to take home to my elderly grandpa who loves this place. All of the meat was either dry or chewy and the beef in my taco tasted like cleaning product. We threw away nearly everything besides some beans and the chips and salsa. That's three meals in the trash, two of which they got wrong. When I called to inform them, the manager said we'd have to bring back the trashed items to get any sort of refund. That is unreal. We will not be returning or ever having any other events here. Unless you want an upset stomach and wallet, do not eat here.

We are regulars at the Diamond Springs location, first time here. A funky, but cool, little spot. Different owner, but same family. Same great food and service. Excellent chips and salsa and a wonderful Chille Relleno!

You might pass by this place as you are heading into town from the West. The building is slightly tucked away and looks very much like it could be a house or service building. Inside is old-school western style with a good bar. After all of that said, the food is really, really good. The salsa was just hot enough for both my wife and me. We were both pleasantly surprised. The serving sizes were good and the delivery was quick and attentive.

Super friendly people and great Chili Reyeno. Stayed at Shenandoh Inn a few hundred yards away. Nice to have a good restaurant so close.

It's essentially the ONLY place to eat out in Plymouth. They don't have to try hard and they don't. The food was average "MEXICAN" food made by indifferent white people. Spent the entire meal shooing flies away from the food. In short if your hungry it will suffice...If not DON'T BOTHER. The margaritas were simply undrinkable.

We went out for a foothills drive from the flatlands and stopped here for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. The cost is comparable to other restaurants. The food was good and we left full. The photo is of two beef tamales, rice, and beans..Parking: Might be some in back.

Poor food quality-not authentic Mexican food. Get food at a gas station+ that's what it tastes like! Not even the burgers are worth it.. just go to Marleen and Glen's diner instead!!

My husband and I stayed across the way at 49er village. This restaurant was highly recommended. But me being one that goes off reviews we passed this place up and headed to Vallarta Grill. 78$ and was NOT worth it. We hit the casino and decided to stop in Colina De Oro for a few drinks. We sat at the bar and met some really cool locals who highly recommended the food and Carly the bartender happens to be their fave. We were not disappointed by the friendly and entertaining Carly. At the end of the night, we decided to try a ground beef taco, chili verde taco. Much to our surprise the food was amazing. Me being Mexican I am VERY picky about Mexican food. Needless to say, we went back for seconds. The food was absolutely delicious!! I could have eaten three more tacos! The place is very quaint and quiet, with that local vibe from a place up in the hills. Super chill and Carly was awesome! Please stop in and give it a whirl!
