After a 5 hour drive to the hotel up the street, we weren’t wanting to drive more and decided to come to Pier Place! We got the fish and chips and veggie quesadillas! Beer on tap was very good and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Outstanding! The food alone is worth the stop. Everything is perfectly seasoned and prepared. We shared Barbecued Oysters, then I had the Grilled Rockfish Sliders and she had Rockfish Ceviche (the aguachilie is spicy). Every bite of each thing was heaven. Service was friendly and efficient. The building is gorgeous. We'll be back!

Onion rings and clam chowder recommended by the lovely folks at the KOA. Well worth heading over for both, the fish & chips, and the rockfish poboys. Everything super yummy, great staff, and beautiful views. I can only walk away feeling so grateful—awesome.

Worst Clam Chowder I've had. Fish & Chips, flavorless.
We stopped here for lunch while we were out riding the Pacific coast hwy. It is tucked back in off of the road a little bit, but it was so worth the stop! There is a pizza place, coffee place and some other things downstairs. There is a pier right there and a small beach area that is very nice as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic, it was very clean and nice inside. The service was great and the food was fantastic! I had the prawn tacos and a drink, and friends had the New England clam chowder and the fish tacos. Everyone liked their food and was very happy with it. Highly recommend!

We stopped for the ceviche. Especially since it was made with rockfish. And served with housemade pita chips. It was refreshing and delicious! Our table was next to the windows- and the Views outside window were an added nice touch. We would return!

Pier Place Nice place right on the beach but upstairs so you can really enjoy the view. We had the Rockfish Ceviche, Roasted Brussels sprouts ( both to share) and cups of their Clam Chowder! Good food and plenty of it. The servers were attentive and friendly. And try the Dry & Mighty Cider (alcohol removed) by Golden State Cider . If you like a dry white wine this right up your alley. Husband says his ice tea was very good too. It certainly looked good in the glass.
This is such a cool bar. I came here a few years ago when seating was only outdoors so had to check it out again while I was in the area more recently. Great service and great beer selection. I didn’t order food this time but when I came here before the food was on point. I accidentally stayed past closing time- didn’t realize until after I left and I felt so bad but the staff were super kind and didn’t even say anything. Sorry y’all for overstaying my welcome! Absolutely was not my intent and I appreciate the kind service. I’ll definitely be returning in the future to sip another Pliny at this lovely location.
