“This is such a great place in Point Arena! I hope it stays! Really nice outdoor and indoor seating. And I love places that pick a few things that they do well for their food menu and only do those. This is one of those places. The cauliflower tacos are outstanding along with their Carnitas. I have also had the farm salad, guac, and nachos. The farm salad seemed like it came right from the farm! Really fresh and delicious. The chips for both the guac and the nachos were yummy and crispy and warm when served. And then there is the beer... I am a big IPA fan and tried both IPAs that were being offered. Really great flavor and actually quite different for IPAs. One was a hazy and one was a West Coast IPA. Great service, really friendly and accommodating staff. And the overall feeling in the place is welcoming and fun. I'd say, the best days to go to Point Arena are when this place is open! Make sure to check the hours so you are not disappointed. It looks like they are currently open Wednesday through Sunday. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.”
“Amazing bakery in Point Arena with sweet and savory options. Expect the unexpected - the pink guava Hawaiian malasada was over the top good along with perfect cannelles and delightful spicy hot chocolate. My husband raved about his chocolate cinnamon roll and huckleberry cheese danish. The cookies were unique and on point as well. Can’t wait to go back for more!”
“Stopped in today based on reviews. Definitely weren't disappointed with the food. Before we ordered, we were given homemade tortilla chips and salsa. Just the right portion not to get too full. Ordered the two hard taco meal with beef. Homemade taco shells tasted amazing. Will absolutely be back when I am in town next.”
“Stopped to go out on the pier and sat at a picnic bench to watch surfers and wildlife. Checking my cell phone I noted that I didn’t have any service. I set my phone down and watched a couple of men speaking French and picking shells. Shortly after that we left to go see the nearby lighthouse a few miles away. When we got there I realized I had left my phone on the picnic table at the pier. We hurried back but we’re pretty pessimistic that we would get it back. With winding curves it took a few extra minutes to get back. When we did, I saw that it was not on the table any more. We went into Cove Coffee and the lady there immediately understood that we were the ones that the kind Frenchmen brought the phone into and related that they had seen that we had left without the phone and tried to flag us down. Maybe it was just the relief at getting my phone back but I ordered the best Americano I have ever had in a paper cup. Great coffee and greater service. 5 star.”
“TGFC catered our welcome party and wedding at Oz Farm last summer and it was 10/10 food - family and friends are still ranting and raving about it. Highly recommend this crew!”
“Outstanding. Small plates make it affordable. Preparation is off the charts. Served by knowledgeable and friendly staff and ownership.Vegetarian options: Irresistible cabbage, grilled mushrooms, pickles, salad and more.Dietary restrictions: Very conscientious about our guest’s gluten allergy”
“Awesome flavor variety and quick service, even on a busy weekend. Menu has gluten free and vegetarian options. We had lunch here yesterday and loved everything: GF beef quesadilla on yummy homemade corn tortillas, mini burgers, po'boy, and onion rings. Great views both indoors and out on the deck. We're locals and will definitely be back again and again.”
“Great pizza and very friendly waitstaff. There was something noticeably better than most pizza there. I think maybe they used fresh parmesan or some kind of unique or really fresh cheese because it was very good . I loved it.”
“I love James' bread! He started off small but determined and now he's rocking it! I recommend him to all my clients for fresh baked bread and his other creations.”
“They need to replace some gambling machines. And that's it.Nice little casino.Kid-friendliness: Kids only allowed in dining area.Have to be with parent or adult at all times.”
“A very tasty & convenient breakfast & lunch restaurant. We had chicken fried steak with sausage gravy & all the fix in's. We wanted to try the huckleberry pancakes too but it would be too much food. Our waitress offered a pancake in place of toast. What a deal! Besides being huckleberry - our pancake was the fluffiest we have ever had. We visited this restaurant the morning we left The Lighthouse Resort for our weeks vacation. We really wished we had made the time to visit sooner - We would have been back for breakfast several times & would have tried lunch as well. I recommend you try this hidden gem!”
“My girlfriend forgot her pizza and Kimberly (the best waitress) ran it out to us. She is incredible and deserves a raise now! I recommend any restaurant that Kimberly is working at!”
“There chai was excellent, the recipe has been passed down from one owner to the next and was simply incredible. The atmosphere was great especially for those who are fans of tabletop games such as Warhammer 40k, Magic The Gathering, and of course D&D. Overall I highly reccomend.”
“We had the cashew prawns and pumpkin curry with chanterelle mushrooms. Both items were on the special board, so delicious. For the quality of food and portion size, it is very reasonable.Forgot how great this restaurant is.”
“Very good place and very fresh coffee. Was visited Manchester and bought espresso from this place, came home and taste it. Really good. Will order from this guys.”
