I went in for a cup of tea. The “hot water” in the hot water container was lukewarm and the tea bags were not individually packaged but rather in a box together, so that any customer might reach in and soil multiple tea bags. I felt like I was going to get a disease by drinking that tea.
This is my favorite Panera store, they are always stocked with my sourdough bowl, and they don't unnecessarily put flour all over it. Love the atmosphere of Liberty Station, it's the perfect place to go for lunch, and then stroll around!!
Panera is not what it once was. Quality and service has gone down since Covid. I was disappointed with my Asian Chicken salad that should have had alot of snappy flavors, but did not. They actually forgot the mandarin orange slices, so had to go back inside and ask for some. They turned out mushy and bland. I will skip this location until Panera in general improves their quality. Gave three stars due to clean and convenient location in Liberty Station.
