I love Nektar for smoothies. I usually come here to get a protein smoothie and they taste yummy, not too proteiny at all. They also offer pea protein if you didn't want whey. There's never a long line here and the employees make the smoothies pretty fast. The store was clean and bright. The person behind the counter could not have been more disinterested and was not personable at all. I tried the "health nut" smoothie. $10 for a small!! Smoothie lacked flavor but more disappointing was that it wasn't even blended completely...chunks of banana still left at bottom of cup and kept clogging the straw. There are better places to get smoothies in the area.

This is the best smoothie place in Point Loma. All ingredients are clean and natural. They do a great job on changing their menu selection based on different ingredients. I love their protein packed smoothie as it's a great meal replacement. The PB Mocha is my favorite! The prices are a little more expensive (about $12) but it's worth it for the clean ingredients.
