The service was crazy. We went in at 9ish yesterday and thought we still had time to order. We understood sometimes places close early but like maybe 9:50 or 9:45? We went in at 9 and they were already cleaning. Understandable. We asked if we could still order and the boy sounded annoyed and said yea. We were looking at the icecream options and the girl asked us if we were ready to order or needed time. I told her we needed time and she looked annoyed and not even a minute later asked us again if we were ready or not. We werent even look for a long time, she was just pressuring us. I understand wanting to close early but there was still a whole hour left so treat your customers better. My appetite was gone after that service that was given. When we were done more people showed up and ordered something with a blender and i saw the boy visibly look very annoyed. This isn't how you treat customers. Im not saying have a smile on your face and be loving, just dont make customers feel like sh*t for ordering icecream when its your job to serve.

Clean store. The service was great. You can try multiple flavors and they won't make you feel bad for it. I feel like the ice cream flavors are very natural tasting not super artificially flavored. Definitely recommend this location.

Baskin Robbins ice cream is excellent. This location has plenty of parking, good location for shopping. Service was above average.

those who attend are friendly but they don't give the snow as it is apart from expensive They give you a ball and a half they spend bad service if they could attend the same as what you pay the place would be good really try to improve.

Super clean!!!! Spacious and all items lined up so neat. Service fast and attentive. Samples given too. Cakes are displayed and abundant in assortments. Drinks all line up all perfect. Definitely a go to place. Even the restroom had code and so clean.

We had been craving ice cream for a while, so we decided to give this location a try. They weren't very busy, and we were quickly helped. Because of COVID, there are no samples, so you can't try before you buy. But it's understand able. You also can't eat inside of the establishment which is also understandable since it is very small. We had no major issues, but the employee did seem annoyed and it was very obvious. I don't think it was because of us, but it was uncomfortable. I ordered a strawberry cone with sprinkles, the only thing i didn't like about it was that nearly all the sprinkles fell off. My fiancé ordered a rocky road ice cream sundae with whipped cream and m&ms. We decided to use the tables right outside since the weather was nice, and ended up really enjoying our afternoon.
