Very disappointed with their food,..they must've cooked the onion rings in the same oil as the fries bcuz they were Soooo salty and my hamburger was soggy with whatever sauces they piled on it but I won't be going to that burger king anymore! It really sucks when you're hungry and looking forward to a good meal with such a disappointment!

Food is always prepared fast and accurate in my experiences. Staff is always kind. Got helped by Yahaira and she was very sweet. One of the better Burger Kings I’ve visited.
Went to Burger King on W. Holt in Pomona. I just ordered a Philly steak burger and what a disappointment! They look great on TV. The one I got was flat, barely anything in them and the patties were as flat as my neighbors God given ...I miss my old Burger King on Garey.

Kindly stop and undo your little plan before I make sure you regret ever poking this bear.The beyond patties are great btw. You should expand the menu on them, especially considering how inexpensive they are to produce.These CEOs and Finbros are in massive debt. Debt to the citizens of Earth.

manager their is really mean he tells me i have to spend atleast 3$ to use the rewards i tried calling cooperate many times did not work he also doesent let me scan my rewards for the points and tells me i cant sit in the places i want to theirs also a lot of violence i would never think that i have my life at risk for ordering food theirs been fights life threats and many arguments over their i never could thing a fast food place could be ghetto

We ordered our food but forgot to order a PIE so we wanted to add that to our order because it doesn’t require cooking or nothing. They’re literally cold right out of the fridge so before we could even order it right away the guy at the window was like “we’re not taking anymore orders. We have a line” in a rude tone & regardless it took over 3 minutes to get our food at the window so I don’t understand why it was such a big issue to charge a damn PIE. He also had another employee hand us our food because he didn’t wanna deal with us when he was outright just rude & for no reason. These are the same people crying about wanting to be with paid $20 an hour but complain about doing their jobs. Won’t be returning to this location.
They forgot a sandwich in my order but I went back they apologized an upgraded my order
