We went through the drive thru today (June 19, 2025) at about 6:40pm. The girl Tyler working in the drive thru has no sense of customer service skills nor does she have any business working in a drive thru. She handed us our stuff and walked away even though she knew we clearly needed something from her since we were sitting there…I even was honking my horn after she walked away with the window cracked and she wouldn’t come back to the window. Then we realize she gave us the wrong food after repeating what we wanted multiple times. We attempted to call the store a few times and she just says she can’t hear you or she says you sound like a robot even though you can hear her perfectly fine! This isn’t the first time I’ve come across her here and every single time she seems miserable. We ended up coming back tonight at 9:10pm and the gentlemen helping us tonight is the definition of someone who has great customer service skills and is someone I hope to see again when I come through this drive thru, he gave us the right food and apologized multiple times (even though he wasn’t the one who gave us an attitude and the wrong food)! As for Tyler I hope someone either retrains her, pulls her from the drive thru window or fires her in general. She seems to take her job as a joke and obviously doesn’t know how to treat paying customers.

Wonderfully located off the Corona 71 FRWY in Beautiful 🌻 Pomona / Phillips Ranch area. Stoped in just for a Milk Shake but I must admit it was extremely clean as well as the restroom 🚻 and they're Customer Service was definitely On Point ☝️ !

Not expecting resort service here obviously, but they can't even bring the food to your table? Wasn't busy and if I'm paying these expensive sit down restaurant prices (more actually), the least they can do is bring a tray over 15' ft.

I hate this place. They always make you park in front of the store after they take your payment. Even when there's no cars behind you. Ridiculous. You really can't say anything because they are handling your food.

Soda machine was out of coke today 10/20/24 was given a flat ass nothing sweet about it 'rootbeer' that was pretty much seltzer water....Yuck. plus waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru for one burger. 20 an hour fot this...? Come on you can you better....
