Soda machine was out of coke today 10/20/24 was given a flat ass nothing sweet about it 'rootbeer' that was pretty much seltzer water....Yuck. plus waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru for one burger. 20 an hour fot this...? Come on you can you better....

The gentleman who waited on me At the takeout window, dropped. My change/ coins, didn't apologize. And didn't offer to give me my money since I couldn't reach it. Customer service was not that good. My western bacon cheeseburger was delicious, as usual ?

Everything is expensive! No real value menu in sight lol so I got 2 orders of burger special two for $11 .. got 3 western cheeseburgers and 1 famous star .. my total was like $25 and change I think ... good burgers just don't care for the price ... service was good as well with us having to pull to the waiting section.

Great experience! Haven't been into Carl's Jr. In quit awhile, but been passing this one on Rio Rancho Dr.for I believe close to a year now,noticing their advertised banner, mix & match 2 burgers for the price of $10.00! Stop by and try them,there offered w/ everything on them if you preferred or as you'd like, not to mention these burgers are really good and big,really glad I made the stop,be back soon, so we're ever you find yourself I'm sure you'll find a Carl's Jr's close by with their many locations...
Parking: Plenty of parking space, close to a busy intersection so be patient, was in and out in no time and there wasn't a long wait either once inside to order or leaving parking on my way out.
Kid-friendliness: Yes,peaceful and lot's of room to romp around!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes,there's a easy accessible wheelchair ♿️ ramp that's not steep and easy access in and out.
