I bought two Cali XL and one was nice and juicy with flavor . The second one was dried/old (both patties) with very little suace and tasted awful. Just ate about a third of it. Now I have nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhea. Horrible experience. Shame on you (that store)for your careless food handling.

This Carl’s Jr is so buns. The manager he/she whatever it was dint even acknowledge when me and my daughter arrived just looked at us with a blank stare waiting for us to order. I get a famous star combo and start filling up my drink, seen it was nothing but water coming out on both Dr Pepper and coke smh if I knew there was no soda I would of drank my water. Then I get my famous star and see there is white cheese on mine and my daughters burger, so trasssh I asked “It” if they don’t have any yellow cheese? it said no… do you guys bother even telling the customer you guys are missing the basic essentials to a combo? Never coming back they should shut down like the rest of the business across the street.. on top of it they had a homeless man there chilling drinking all the free soda lmao what a joke all good at least the homeless man is happy with there business. On top all of this the thing was texting while on the job in clear sight not even trying to hide it so unprofessional, this might of sealed to never go to Carl’s Jr again, five guys way better quality for basically the same price now and days wow. I came at around 3:30pm if you guys want to review the cameras.. this place is buns ruined my lunch

It was 1: 30 am 8/10/25 on Saturday night to Sunday morning. With that being the case I didn’t expect much when I pulled up to the drive through. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker until I received my food and drive off I experienced the kindest and most professional service i have ever received at a fast food establishment. The service was fast, inviting, and convenient. The food was delicious. Like Carl’s Jr has always said. “If it doesn’t get all over the place, it doesn’t belong in your face.

A drive through experience at 10pm on a Friday night shouldn’t be as unpleasant as it is when Janet is working at the foothill location in Pomona CA. Her unprofessional and dismissive behavior prevented me from ensuring my order was correct. When I attempted to correct my order upon payment she was difficult and questioning about how I am spending my money at the establishment she is employed at. I’d rather waste gas to travel to another establishment than deal with such a weak night staff with Janet. If an employee can’t compensate for the technical difficulties that come with a drive-through then she shouldn’t work the night shift.

There is a cashier named Ana that is very rude every time I have visited, I have lived in the area for years and occasionally go there and recently every time I've had an encounter with this cashier as soon as I pull up it's always an attitude never a friendly greeting and when I get to the window she's still very rude and unprofessional , I visited the store at 5:30 in the morning and ended up leaving in a very bad mood, to top it off she took extremely long while she was in the background laughing and just threw my order in the bag with napkins, she either needs to be re-trained or fired because she displays HORRIBLE customer service

I love my experience at Carl's Jr the employers were very quick and did not have me waiting. And they took my order without any problems and made my food quit compared to how Carl's Jr usually is.
If your plan is to come here for coffee then I definitely don't recommend it.The coffee really tastes like water. They definitely can use a few more scoops when brewing up that coffee. Pretty much. Just tastes nasty when there isn't enough coffee in the water.
