Still SOOO good!! Prices are actually pretty reasonable, especially compared to other large chicken chains. Hot, delicious and fresh. Good sized chicken strips, which were juicy, and lots of fries, which were salted beautifully. Jalapeño bombers are spicy and delicious!

EVERY OTHER Church's restaurant that I have been to have given me the proper portion for a large side item. Today I paid $6.05 for a large okra and received a regular portion. I didn't have a desire to argue, but the portion was soooo small that I felt compelled to write about it. THE customer service sucked! I will buy this food item again, but this particular store will not get my business.Her unwillingness to understand my perspective and I pulled up pics from the internet that showed what that particular large side looked like (box), but the one I received looked like a medium fry from McDonald's. NOT OK!?

So here's an update on an order that I picked up a couple of days ago. I went through drive-through 9 o'clock at night picked up a five piece meal two sides in a biscuit for 10 bucks but the guy in drive-through was like you can't get macaroni and cheese or okra. It's not a classic sideSo all I could get was mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw which I don't really care for and when I got home, they didn't put the two biscuits in the boxSo I called back I talk to Marie... Oh, sorry when you come back, we'll give you two biscuits.and I thought to myself that's not gonna work So I called back I talk to Marie and I said you know what I just want a refund and she said well she can't do that and I said well can you just remake my order? So I said OK and she says I'll give you three pieces of chicken and two biscuits and I'm like and two sides!?And she said I'll give you three pieces of chicken, two biscuits and a side and I said OK So I didn't know we whr hagglingBut she did put the effort in!

Yes, it's located in the I.E. Hood but I have been going to this place for over 20 years. Their chicken is a solid 4 stars. Maybe their service it's just to par but what you expect from a fast food. The two persons work there today were nice and courteous. The guys even apologized for the delay. Heck! It was just about 3 minutes to get my order - that is fast in my dictionary. The chicken here is way better than Roscoe chicken for sure.
