Understaffed. Server made way too many mistakes and repeatedly forgot about us. She seemed stretched thin. I was forced to send my food back for corrections. I made the reservation for a “birthday” and also put this in the “special request” section. No one said happy birthday. Why have this as an option when booking if no one will mention or acknowledge this when we dine? This place is not what it used to be.

Very nice location we had a reservation for 815 didn't get sat till 845 waiter didn't come check on us within 20 minutes of us sitting down a bus boy had to take our order because he noticed nobody had attended to us by the time we got our food. It was 950 this used to be an amazing place with amazing service the food was good. The fillet I ordered was requested medium well and it came out almost rare as we are dining. they were mopping around us mind you they do not close till 11 PM and at this point it was 945 wouldn't expect this from a restaurant of the scale. Hopefully, they could get it together and hire staff that is passionate about the restaurant in industry and service, especially for as beautiful of a location and the premium you pay to dine.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was fresh and had great flavor. Never had Cuban cuisine before and I'm fairly picky but I'm so glad I went. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back soon!

Had the lechon plate, which was huge and delicious! Enjoyed the pickled onions on it and the boiled yucca. Plantains were good Tried the oxtail, which was also very tasty. Guacamole was OK. 7 kids chicken tender and fries were good (according to my family). View is beautiful. Service was good but slow.

Coco Palms helped make our 24th anniversary a memorable event. Restaurant is beautifully lit with breathtaking views. Dinner was phenomenal and we couldn't have asked for better service! Geneva was so kind and made us feel welcomed. Our dinner was exceptional! If you haven't tried the oxtail then you're missing out. Meat was cooked perfectly in a delicious sauce complimented with a side of rice. Chocolate lava cake is delicious!!

Service is bad , we had to wait a very long time to get drinks and food and waiters did not follow up for long periods of time . Had to go look for someone to get the bill. I went again during lunch during the week and had the same experience .

Excellent food, ambience, view, service and value. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because I had a reservation and had to wait about 25 minutes to be seated. Also, they did not offer any complimentary dessert or singing for my birthday; it is only available for a $10 fee.
