I had the salmon plate which was delicious. The Cesar salad was just ok. They didn't read my note on open table- so I'd make sure to verbally tell them of any special requests.
The food was great. The live music was too loud. Some of the buffet dishes looked dirty. The service was wonderful. I got the waitress who was caring for the former parrot mascot. She showed us pictures of how he was doing.

We started with the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced with citrus and herbs. For the main course, we had the sea bass with rice and beans, and it was outstanding. The fish was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.
