I was there eariler today. I had the best experience there ever. Both employees there were so nice and helpful! I didn't get her name, but the girl who helped me made sure my order was correct and prepared correctly. She even suggested the cheese sauce with our sandwiches and OMG mixed with the crimson sauce. The absolutely best combination I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend this place. I'll definitely be coming back!! Thank you guys for the great service!!

My husband and I were looking forward to trying the food at this place for the fist time. We were disappointed. Chicken was over fried and it had a disgusting taste. Oil tasted burnt like it had been used too many times. Not worth it for the price.

The food is good. I really enjoyed their chicken sandwich. A little pricey in my opinion if ordered on door dash. Just one thing that bothered me is they charge .75 cents for one packet of honey and their sauce is .75 cents too. Pretty ridiculous in my opinion compared to places like Dave’s hot chicken and Chubbys.

They cheap out on the sauce for the Joey eat fries even if you pay for extra sauce it looks like what a regular serving size would be. When you pay $20 for Joey eat fries you expect at least a normal amount of sauce. Would go often but due to that I stopped recommending this spot

Crimson has their own take on Nashville hot chicken, now those of you that have had Howlin Rays know what I'm talking about. Don't get me wrong, Crimson does have their place if you're out here instead of going into L.A. or Pasadena. It is good, just no Howlin Rays.....service was awesome, seems like they need to advertise more

I usually never have to write bad reviews, but I can’t let this one go. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived, which I understand can happen during the dinner rush. Still, my order was incredibly simple: one Lonely Coward and one single patty Snash Burger without cheese. The burger without cheese was specifically for my father.
After waiting an additional 10-15 minutes, I expected the food to at least be fresh and worth the wait. Instead, what I received was the complete opposite. The Snash Burger was cold, overcooked, and clearly made with zero care or attention. It genuinely tasted like something that had been sitting out all day, reheated, and then tossed into the bag. For the price and the time I waited, this was completely unacceptable.
The only thing that kept this order from being a total disaster was the Lonely Coward, and even that was mediocre at best. It wasn’t cold or burnt like the burger, but it was far from good.
What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I’ve ordered from this location several times before and never had an issue. I trusted the consistency, which is why I didn’t check my food before leaving — a mistake I won’t make again. By the time I got home and opened the bag, the quality was so poor that it wasn’t even worth the drive back to complain.
This meal felt rushed, careless, and disrespectful to paying customers. Unfortunately, this experience has completely ruined my trust in this location, and I don’t plan on returning. Do better, because this level of quality is simply unacceptable.

The food is bomb. The Mac n chicken is super good and so are the sandwiches. I wish they had a Louisiana hot chicken option as it would be better, but it's still pretty good. They've got really good Mac, but could use sharper cheese for more of a kick. Also, the drinks aren't all that bad.
P.S. We compete in the JDM game so come to me for cars, maintenance, and service, but go to them for food because I only cook for my kids lol.
