This place cannot get anything right. Poor customer drive-thru service. I asked for a Del Beef burrito with sour cream and a well done French fries. When I got back to work on my lunch break. For the second time, they screwed up my order, no sour cream in the burrito and I got a raw French fries. When you try to call them on the phone, no answer and they had provided the public with a fax number instead of a phone number so you could talk to a live person. I always get disappointed coming to this location.

I love me some del taco, but this location is one of the worst I have been to. My orders are never correct, even when I go in person. When I do go I spend allot of money to order food for ny family, it is always disappointing to get home and find that someone was missing their dinner. I refuse to order through an app when I want Del Taco. I have had everything from wrong items, wrong drinks to missing items and missing drinks. I hope the issues get resolved here.

Food is still this is good at the quantity is way down. Used to get a bigger burrito now it's small. You get less bang for your buck but that's all over no matter where you go

Long story short - don't go here...anywhere else would be better.
Stopped by here for lunch. I got the #2 combo with extra sauce. The person taking my order asked if I wanted medium or large -- didn't offer small which is what the price on the menu board is showing. The $8.99 meal suddenly was $12.50. The upsize which I didn't know I was upsizing cost more and the extra sauce was 79 cents for each taco! So for $12.50 I got two tacos that without the extra sauce would have been extremely dry and tastless, some under cooked and not hot fries and a drink. The person at the window wasn't helpful nor friendly.
Update - the owner responded with what I assume is a template response telling me to join the rewards program to earn free food. I guess they didn't read my advice saying to eat anywhere else.

I've been eating at del taco for most my life. Alot of them have really declined in taste and portion size. The one here in Pomona on the other hand has been fantastic not only is the food always hot but the portions aren't skimpy and the food taste great too. A good del taco is hard to find these days as with most fast food restaurants. But I've been coming to this one for almost 3 years and I haven't had a bad meal here yet.

Every time I order I feel like they don’t get the order correct when I order three tacos, expect three and that too when I ordered that BTS soup thing that they have at the top Ramen, it was hard and cold I thought super supposed to be hot and warm for whenever But that service is stupid I can’t. I can’t fathom the only money in and I and earth.

I ordered fish tacos. The corn tortillas didn't seem like they were warmed at all. I folded the tortilla in half, and it broke. The fish in my taco had the texture of an old chicken nugget. I normally love Del Taco, but this had to be the worst visit I've ever had to one.
