I stopped by Delicious Freedom with some friends after leaving the club and accidentally left my purse inside. Someone found it, checked my ID, and messaged me on Facebook to let me know they turned it in to the front. I rushed back about 15 minutes later, at around 2 AM, and the woman working there refused to give me my purse. She told me to come back the next day at 2 PM, even though I explained my house keys were in there and I had nowhere to go. I pleaded with her, offering to confirm the contents or show my ID, but she didn’t care.
I spent the night without access to my home, my medication, or my cats. When I returned at 2 PM the next day, they still refused to give me my purse and told me to come back at 4 PM when the owner, who is the woman’s daughter, would be there. After 12 hours without my belongings, and the runaround from them, I finally had to call the police. Even then, the woman stalled and pretended not to know where it was. Eventually, she let me search through a huge office and the kitchen. I found my purse hidden on the floor in a corner.
It took 13 hours to finally get my belongings back, and the entire ordeal was an absolute nightmare. The lack of empathy and basic decency was shocking. This is how they treat their customers. 1 star.

I got 2 funnel cakes and deep-fried oreos. I liked both. It was tasty. Just wish the menu was like um maybe updated? So you can see the funnel cakes actually cost $13.95 instead of only showing $4.95. Oreos were correct price. The only other kind of "bad" thing was that the lady helping at the counter wasn't too friendly.
Would I go back? Ehhhh.... Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but I think I would try to find another spot with a more friendly and welcoming atmosphere before coming back.

RACIST OWNER! My boyfriend went in before me I was right outside because it was really fresh but I wanted a water and that’s the only reason he went in but also bought a hot dog , I came in after & asked a worker where the restroom was she said upstairs so I was walking up this lady stops me & asked if I bought anything then I said yes my boyfriend is waiting for our stuff then she proceeded to say I had to buy something then I said I did we were just waiting she then said it’s only one restroom use per customer but my boyfriend nor I used the restroom? And she has a sign that says restroom customers only which I was but asked for a refund & also as a woman who had to go really bad I would never not allow them to use a restroom. She didn’t treat her other customers that way ? Never come here very disrespectful owner smh!

I’ve been here a couple times and had it delivered ( I’d suggest picking it up yourself if you want it) be specific in ordering I went with 1 other person and we ordered 2 things and got charge both options as a large without even being offered a size difference. As 1 person I cant even eat more then 3 deep fried Oreos let alone sharing 11 with someone else. it’s crazy to assume. The wait time because lack of staff, It wasn’t worth giving another shot. Just kinda tired of having issues every time I go
