Alexander delivered my pizza. Sweetest man ever. Iāve never written a review but the store forgot my sauces and he came back to let me know and gave me cash back for the sauces. I thought it would be like a refund but no that was his tip money. I felt so bad when I realized, I called the store to find out if it was his money or the stores and he actually answered and said itās his way of making up for his mistake and how to learn for the future. I still feel so bad so this is the least I can do until I get him to deliver to me again to give him a much much higher tip. Thank you š I hope he gets recognition in store somehow.

We ordered takeout of pizza, lava cakes with icing, and a salad. Problems The app did not give us option to order extra silverware, only to choose 1 fork, but said it would bring 1 fork per item needing it. No option at all fork, k-nives orspoon. Delivery person only brought 1 fork and said he did not have more we could have, that was only allowed 1 for the salad. He brought no napkins or plates, and there was no way to request o r rder thru app.. We were 2 senior citizens ordering while at hotel to split eating this meal.there was no knifw to help separ!te There were 3 lava cakes in package and an icing tub. NO FORKS OR KNIVES or Spoons to spread the icing or to eat the VERY MESSY cake. The delivery man alleged that these were supposed tobe finger foods. He said he would get in trouble if he had brought any more tgan the 1 salad fork. 3 rather than 0 because of food taste. We didnt realize there were no naplins in bag till after he left. :-:

Always get orders from this place Our last order said track driver we are 4 min from this location and driver decided to take the furthest delivery first Then we call location and rep on phone said she couldnāt do anything for us I felt like she had attitude that was not very professional maybe something along the lines of sorry our driver will be there shortly and we apologize for the inconvenience You would be surprised how some small words like that can change a customerās reaction

If I could leave no stars with a review I would and if it means anything Iāve had better frozen pizza and customer service was worse thereās a lady that claims sheās a manager ? If she is itās bout time she actually act like it and stop making false statements and then say itās been 3 days and our credit machine wonāt allow it after 3 days.

Do not order food from this location. Food was horrible. I had contacted them to replace my order or a refund. They told me that they cannot give me a refund due to their machine not being able to do that so theyāll give me a credit and for me not to file a dispute with my bank so I didnāt and then when I called back up to re-order the food, they told me you didnāt do it on the same day it happens. Iām sorry thereās nothing we can do for you. The manager is very rude and discriminating, highly suggest do not order food from here do not have any business with this place. Iāve been to a lot of dominoes and they are all wonderful except for this one and the manager is really rude and racist.
