My order never came , the guy claimed they gave him the wrong address the map showed him on another block for like 15 mins so he kept calling back saying another 5 mins , don’t waste your money at this dump the worst customer service and they never even apologized or tried to make things right …

Never will I order from Domino's Pizza again. Order was not delivered. I paid over $60 dollars and the app said the delivery was completed. I was a long time customer, but I will not be ordering from them again. Stole my money and never delivered. I updated the app with an issue for my order and they did not do anything but take my money. There are so many good options for pizza out there and I would recommend anywhere than Domino's Pizza. Thieves.

Literally the worst experience. We found some weird string in our pizza (multiple pieces) I called and let them know the situation and they said that they would remake the pizza so I agreed and drove BACK. Then when I got there the same guy that originally helped me came out (his name says iconic on receipt) and he didn’t offer an apology and was treating me like it was my fault. He refunded me and I explained that when I called they offered to remake the pizza, and he was rude when he responded saying ‘do you want the refund or the pizza) so I just walked out. I’m sorry, I’m sure you’re not the happiest being a grown man working at Pizza Hut, but you work in customer service and you should act like it.

Ordered a large 2 topping pizza w jalapeños on half for delivery. Tasted very generic. Not great. Delivery was fast, but $31.00!! Wow. Never again. Very dissapointed in a "supposed' top name brand pizza franchise.

The guy was give me a attitude thinking that I wasn’t going to pay him I felt heart broken because he thought I was stealing the pizza also it was race because just by not being the same race I will never come back to this pizza place the food taste nasty it was cold I hope to get a full refund or take action of the employee for bad Customer service it was bad the wings were cold and the pizza
Food was good as is to be expected. But the customer service is lacking in every imaginable way. I'd forgotten my wallet I only had 21 cash I ordered a extravaganza x large well it was more then I had. So I asked the kid working if they had any specials that I can take advantage of that would be below 21. He was rude and told me there was nothing I then asked well what if I get a different size like a medium I had to ask him several times to accept my order for a medium at first he wouldnt he kept saying it's not enough ... Finally he says it's 21.38. I said alright get me that I'm gonna run to the car and get you the 38 cents I told him put the order in he's waiting for me to bring him the 38 annoyed that im making him wait I finally cone back with 40 cents and goes on to tell me hes gonna owe me 2 cents. And continues to ignore me. I'm gonna get my 2 cents best believe..
