Yesterday Saturday 1/24/26 Saturday No!! star these place is a disappointment my order was 2pc No tortillas no drink Breast and leg with mashed potatoes and rice and ask for my side orders to be placed on small container while ordering in drive thru i ask like twice for that side orders on the side, when I pull up to the window and ask again the lady ask on her headphones to someone i guess the manager she told they weren't allowed to give me the side orders like I Requested she made and exeption terrible customer service, well they made an exception these one time I was told handed my 2pc meal in a bowl and my side order in the cups The only reason why I ask my sides in a cup mash potatoes have gravy and it spills all over in a regular tray and that also goes to any order thats runny Mac cheese, coleslaw beans, Im disappointed by even stopping there for my meal and spending my my money there , please corporate ask for the Audio footage and make it right I also order a chicken tostada regular note: I was charged 98 for a creamy cilantro ok that's fine I didn't take tortillas on 1st order. I'm loyal customer so loyal I have another location they are the best 💯 Pomona pollo loco rio rancho customer service awful for the reason being not allowed 🚫 to give side orders in cups when customer requests, over no star in these location the franchise corporate needs to retrain these manager on good customer satisfaction 😉

extremely nice staff and quick service. this place is wayyyy nicer inside than it seems. lots of businesses around, nice area and clean interior. i ordered the chipotle guac burrito combo. burrito was perfection but the chips were a littttle stale and cold. churros were amazing.

I gave them 4 stars on the food, because on our last visit they gave us the wrong item, and forgot to include my daughter's chips in the bag. But overall the food was good my go to is the double chicken avocado tosta salad, with a BRC burrito on the side.
Went to drive thru lady forgot half of my order even after confirming everything was in the bag.
