I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal. I guess they think they are trying to be like Raising Canes. Total fail. The chicken strips are very small and seasoned with some stuff that's no good. Very small amount of fries.

Staff is always polite and professional. Food is delicious. Burgers are awesome, Zucchini sticks are huge and really hot even after driving home. I mean temperature hot, not spicy. So good!

Terrible service. I had a order pickup and told me that I had to go inside in which I never had too previously. Order wasn't even ready yet even though I made the order 20 mins prior. Went inside and workers acting nonchalant. If corporate is reading this, the night crew are slackers.
The food is fantastic. The staff was one of the rudest I've encountered. The queen who took my order, and the 2 squirrels in the back, reminded me of the movie "Mean Girls". The volume of the gossiping was at a maximum. And the good, while tasty, is so overpriced, it's boutiqu-ie. Then again, it is in La Verne. Still, its no excuse and they should be ashamed
