And if you weren't already deterred by this point in the night, security will make sure to ruin your night as they will kick out anyone who may be having a little fun. No warnings. Nothing. Nada. Place wasn’t it. Don’t recommend anyone going here. I should have read the reviews before coming here because clearly this place has a problem with their security. The security is scummy. They really will threaten to kick you out for the absolutely smallest things. Clearly these security folks think they are above the law and want to make people feel inferior because that’s all they have to fill their sad little life. They have nothing else to offer to this world but be rude to other people .

So, unfortunately the night I went with my friends, one of my friends unfortunately fell and got a concussion. This happened because there was a spill on the floor that o one saw and my friend slips while dancing, hit the one of the decorations on stage on her head-falling sideways- and unfortunately gained a concussion. The security team instead of making sure she was okay, they escorted her out. While I followed to make sure she was okay I was told "she's already gone, if you go out you can't come back in" the security lady who told me that ALSO had a smile on her face. I was very unhappy with this experience. They had also kicked one of the DJs for an event that was supposed to happen, but didn't because "safety concerns" out because he was in the restroom for too long apparently so long story short. The security team is a problem. And I truly hope it changes.

The security team is really bad and aggressive are they even trained? do they have a valid guard card at all? Why are people getting kicked out for being injured or simply going to the bathroom? Please consider rehiring or retraining. This business cannot run a night club. Take notes on how DBA runs their business never had a problem with them.

Wish I could put zero stars. The staff is so unprofessional, they don’t know how to run a night club. They aren’t cleanly and overall just an unpleasant atmosphere. Security is unkind, staff is rude, owner should rehire new staff or this place will go downhill quick. I will not be coming back, also I’m telling my friends to never come here, y’all wanna kick people out for no reason, I’m gonna prevent people from coming here for no reason.

I have been both an attendee and a performer at this venue. I held off from writing any reviews regarding this venue, but after repeat instances, I think it's time to share my experience. First of all, the security of this venue lacks the basic professionalism and people skills to properly interact with attendees. They act like they're on a power trip and treat attendees like they're criminals. They kick out any attendee without any reasonable reason. In the past month, one of the attendees of an event my crew hosted was grabbed and dragged by one of the female security guards just for simply sitting on the stairs. No warning and no explanation whatsoever. And just yesterday, our performing DJ for the night was kicked out from the venue by a Caucasian, bald, bearded security guard simply because our DJ was in the restroom for longer than 5 minutes. In addition, our event attendees reported similar experiences that same night. The security fosters a hostile experience to our attendees. Management needs to properly train their security guards. Their brash unprofessionalism and forceful behavior are completely unacceptable. I have a few suggestions for management to take note on.1. Train your staff in basic customer service skills.2. Train your staff basic conflict resolution strategies3. Either post a sign in front of the venue with a code of conduct OR have your security give a warning/explanation on why you are kicking out attendees before taking physical/verbal actionFlyway security, do better.

My first time here. From a senior citizen view. Every one here we’re out to have a good time. My night was Cumbia style music. There a roof top lounge to hang out. Very nice. Overall my experience was super good.
