Been here about four different times and the last two times I’ve been so disappointed. I live four minutes away from this location and when I got home, my bun on my burger was completely soggy so it wasn’t even good. The food was somewhat flavorless which I’m not used to because it used to have so much flavor the onion rings are always delicious except for an hour before they close they give you the leftovers that’s not that good. Definitely won’t be coming back here anymore. I also asked them with the order of onion rings if a side wrench comes with it and they said yes so I ordered two extra wrenches on the side and when they gave it to me, they gave me two ranches instead of my third ranch so I had to ask them for my third ranch and the girl at the drive-through was giving me attitude And as I was sitting there waving at them trying to get their attention so I can get my other ranch, the girls staring at me through the window from afar, refusing to open the window so the gentleman came over and open the window with the girl and I told her you forgot one of my ranches and she’s like oh Like I literally just had a conversation with her at the window when she was handing me my food how many come with the order she said one so that means I ordered two she should’ve handed me three but instead she wanted to be problematic

Customer service sucks very short and rude , we order a family meal and an order onion rings and they can’t even give one ranch and they want to sell it for 2 dollars that’s insane. Other places charge 50 cents to 75 cents. Some even 30 like the golden bowl and they been around for years.

The food is very reasonably priced and pretty good burgers. But stay out of the bathrooms, this is the worst, dirtiest, smelling restroom I've ever been in an eatery. Come on management, you can do a lot better and consider your customers.
This spot is legendary for its pastrami sandwiches! I’ve been eating them since I was a kid. Even though I live out of state now, every time I fly to California, I make sure to stop by. I can’t speak for the rest of the menu, but the pastrami is absolutely unbeatable!

I'm actually really bummed we look forward to our golden ox trips on the weekends. . However this time not only did they forget a whole chicken strip meal when I went back they all stared at me crazy didn't even say anything I just handed my receipt explained the situation and then after 20 mins of waiting on my food AGAIN the lady with the black hair and glasses just hands it over no apology no thank you no nothing just truly disgusting absolutely garbage customer service we spend a lot of money here too def taking our appetite elsewhere.

You know the burgers are very delicious but the people who work there look a little dirty and and there's a lady there who has a really mean attitude for no reason also homeless people waiting at the drive-thru when you come in the restaurant itself is very dirty and nasty but the food tastes good

If you never had their steak sandwich oh my gosh it's delicious tell him you wanted medium well and man it's so soft and juicy and it just tears apart in your mouth and the sandwich is Big you guys you get it on that bolillo bread that's all long and wide and they put tomatoes lettuce mayonnaise all the extra stuff on the sandwich that just makes it really thick absolutely delicious sandwich I'm not going to lie it's a little pricey but totally worth it you're getting ribeye steak
