The food is great the service amazing and drinks are other worldly exceptional. I am a serious foody am constantly looking for the best foods in my area. I went in and got a plethora of different pupusa types including pumpkin. I also tried the green lemonade, horchata, fruit juice and Jamaica. I said multiple times "this is the best (blank) I've ever had". Can't say enough great things about this place. 10/10 would recommend.

Really nice customer service. We felt welcomed/appreciated. They seem to work hard to maintain clean tables and dining areas. I like that their pupusas are Not super oily and the curtido is flavorful without being spicy! We would come more often but they are not open on Sundays : (

The food was amazing! The owner took our order and explained how they make everything themselves even the drinks. (Besides the normal fountain drinks) He was so friendly and loved explaining how they make their food. I would 100% go again and bring my friends. And there were plenty of veggie choices (which was as enjoyable as all the other food)

Food is good but it's really expensive, horchata is $8, a small plate of plátanos is $13 etc. Food is good but not for the price, they ran out of tortillas to make burritos lol. Bathroom doesn't really work, place is small hole in the wall. Service is good though they're nice! Again food is pretty good and they have homemade tortillas. The price is just very steep!

Most of the time I call they don't answer the phone finally I called and I get an answer I place my order for pick up I pick up my order get to my job to eat my food and the masa on the pupusas is raw didn't not cook them right none of the 3 pupusas I order was good sucks because they mess up the hood food just cause they can't do things right that day I stay with out eatting on my lunch because the food was not cook right and it's not cheap so wasted money on food that I didn't get to enjoy

Came here after a hot day of golfing at mountain meadows and wanted to try something new. At first we thought the restaurant was closed because the door was locked but turned out it was the back door?? Anyways the Pupusas was good with the sauce. Wouldn't say the food amazed me or anything but it was decent. The waiter had a very nice attitude and customer service was good. Even gave us some recommendations for which Pupusas was good.

I'm Salvadorian and Honduran and I'm picky where I go eat my salvi food at came to give this place a try a lot bigger than what it looks like from the outside the food was good but nothing to omg and the "horchata" was more like milk with cinnamon chunks of rice
One of my favorite spots in Pomona! Best pupusas and horchata — this past week we placed a large order for a group of 20+ people and the folks at Guasalmex were the best! Funny, kind, and super accommodating. Honestly a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to go back!

The pupusas are freshly made and tasty. The black beans were delicious. I love the drink called "ensalada de fruta".Upon arriving one must call the number on the door as the doors are locked -- probably because of riffraff. The workers will let you in.
