I could not comment on the food of the atmosphere, but the customer service was great. Turns out the door was unlocked. I went in and was told that it was closed, but they still let me use the restroom so therefore customer service is great. Definitely will be back when it’s open.

We were ignored for 20 minutes after being seated. I came in for breakfast last Sunday morning with my wife. It’s a busy time, so we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. I had no issue with this, but once we were seated, no one ever came by to greet us, serve us water, or take our order. All of the servers seemed to avoid making eye contact with me every time I tried to get their attention, while all of the tables around me were getting service so we felt maybe we were discriminated against—my wife was the only Asian we could see. I have come to this location several times before with my family and never had issues with service. But this time was different. We put up with the lack of service for 20 minutes before we left.

I went to this restaurant and honestly I was very disappointed. I paid $100 dollars for my food and I don't think it's fair what happened. My online order was scheduled to be ready at 11:33 am, I arrived just 5 minutes later, and they still made me wait until 12:25 pm to deliver it to me.
When I finally received my food, it was cold. I even asked one of the people at the counter and they told me that I couldn't be cold because they had barely pressed the button that I was ready, which clearly didn't match what I was going through.
This is the first time being in Pomona CA, but I must say this is the cleanest IHOP I've ever been in and I've been all around world as a military retiree pretty much every state in the US. This IHOP was cleaned properly smelled like bleach and clean and disinfected, the right way! On top of the professionalism and cleanliness Mallory, my waitress was so energetic and full of joy! I drove from Murrieta/Temecula area and humbly thankful for you all facility and kindness thank you all God bless

Ordering online does not make any difference if you're trying to avoid the waiting.You still have to go in and sit and wait another 20 minutes for your food. The kitchen always seems to be backed up.
