I could not comment on the food of the atmosphere, but the customer service was great. Turns out the door was unlocked. I went in and was told that it was closed, but they still let me use the restroom so therefore customer service is great. Definitely will be back when it’s open.

This is the first time being in Pomona CA, but I must say this is the cleanest IHOP I've ever been in and I've been all around world as a military retiree pretty much every state in the US. This IHOP was cleaned properly smelled like bleach and clean and disinfected, the right way! On top of the professionalism and cleanliness Mallory, my waitress was so energetic and full of joy! I drove from Murrieta/Temecula area and humbly thankful for you all facility and kindness...
