Terrible manager named Daniel, and cashier named Dusta. Got a large order wrong and kept argue they were correct. Missing 3 burgers that had to be reorder, missed out on all the condiments the first order. Laughed at customer with unprofessional manners.
Avoid this place if you’re buying more than 5 burgers since they can’t process. Terminate / replace the manager at this place.

Whoever did my unsalted fries around 3:30pm did them perfect! Light crisp and super soft in the inside. So delicious! Best in n out fries i have ever had!

Stopped by this In-N-Out Restaurant and have ordered at the window (not drive through). I felt like the order has taken a bit long. There were only two people in front of me. Should speed up and prioritize costumers who don’t use drive through, especially when it’s cold at night. Btw they also have a bathroom but with a code.

It was not a busy day but it took too long to get my order and the food was very decent and must eat when it is hot Otherwise the fries will get soggy

We all know that in order to enjoy a Double-Double at In-N-Out, you have to have patience. That said this location is the worst out of all the locations I've been to in terms of wait times. My recommendation is to avoid this location if you can. Driving over to the location in Diamond Bar on Golden Springs will save you time.
