Excellent ambience, food and drink, and exceptional customer service. The ambience is relaxed. Everyone feels welcome. There are games on the TV and games on the shelf. The food and drink options offer something for everyone in the family or friend group. The quality, variety, and seasonality are all outstanding. The beers are creative and well made. The jalapeno poppers are unique; there is no breading. Large jalapenos are halved and seeded, a little ranch is brushed on, and then it is topped with cheese and bacon. The tater tots with beer cheese sauce was outstanding. And I am comparing all of this to not only US businesses, but having lived in both Bavaria and WI. Pizzas are tasty. It is great to also go to the CPP farm store nearby. Last, but not least, we want to recognize Jacob Weir whose customer service to us and everyone else we observed was just top notch, efficient and effective. We were warmly greeted. He was patient while we made our selections. He confirmed our ages, put on wrist bands, offered tastings, he was delivering food, a positive role model and trainer of other employees, and was just wonderful start to finish and a great part of our experience. IBW gives you every reason to want to support it and return again and again, which we do, both during and outside of Happy Hour (with its specials). Thanks Jacob and everyone!

I normally never leave reviews but this is an exception! Came here during lunch. Waited 45 minutes for 1 pizza and after I complained they realized they didn’t even start my order yet!!!!! They told me it would be another 15 minutes!!! I ended up getting a refund since my lunch hour ended. Wasted my lunch hour on waiting for a pizza that I never got and went back to work starving Unacceptable!
I used to love going here but now their service just sucksss!! It’s a shame that they keep losing customers because of their service.

Manager Melody took my drink and it was my first drink. I was midning my business and she took it because it was drink meant to go? I guess since i stood there, and it was an extra charge to stay there, so she took it. I offered to pay the rest of the price to stay in the bar, but she still took my drink. I was confused and left

We were passing by when we saw the Brew Works sign. We went in for a late lunch and was surprised there were only a few customers there at 1pm. The special was the buffalo chicken sandwich so we went with that and a couple of beers. We tried some samples first to determine what to order. The staff was friendly and up beat. We saw a rack with board games in the back. They have high tables as well as low tables with seating inside and out. The overall look is industrial, but friendly. The sandwiches were good but the waffle fries were awesome. They had a garlic aoli with fries. A very good experience except the time to get food. It seemed a bit long when we were the only people ordering. Also there seemed to be no one upfront most of the time were there.
My boyfriend and I are regulars here and have been for 3 years. And today we got a service so bad we are considering never coming back. When we received our food the pizza was raw ( a common trend within the last few times we have gone). Then when my boyfriend had asked for a drink he ordered and was forgotten, the lady who had helped him rolls her eyes and in a sassy tone asked him if it was filled enough and shook it at him. We both understand that inflation rates have made it difficult for business, but the portion sizes have decreased significantly and they have upcharge their sauces 0.75¢ a cup and most of the time they are not even half full. A poor experience all around- Applebee's would be a better experience.

Overdue review: This place is fantastic! Their beer is delicious, they have great food- with locally-sourced ingredients. It’s very reasonably priced, and the staff is always super friendly. I love supporting this local eatery and brewery!!

Wonderful selection of beer at a very good price. Especially if you come for there happy hour. Had 3 beer flights so I was able to try there entire selection. The pizza was surprisingly good didn't expect that from a Brewery. You will not be disappointed.

BEER BEER BEER BEER BEER oh and also their pizza is good and so is their stout brownie. Come here during happy hour for probably the best lunch on campus for the price, if you don’t mind the walk. And I really did mean it the beer is good, I like the Magic School Bus and the Ortiz Orange. 👍

My wife and I stopped in for one beer. I tried the Brethren Belgian and it was fantastic! She had the Blonde and was a very good beer too. Needless to say we stayed for several more beers and a Bubba Pizza. We both ordered a beer flight and did not disappoint! They’re doing a great job with the beer and I wish I lived closer. The staff was amazing and and friendly and made us feel right at home. Thanks for a great evening.
