If I could give this place 10 stars I would. A small group of us travel to Pomona for work each year. We are there for about a week. We discovered this place 5 years ago, and it is still talked about amongst our office. I am not exaggerating when I say it is the best ramen I have ever had. The sushi is delicious as well. Was just there 2 weeks ago and we went there every single day for lunch. Maybe I am just an uncultured small town dude, but J's Sushi and Ramen might be my favorite restaurant of all time.

I love this place. The food is so good and it is cooked with love. They customer service is A1, they actually talk to you and remember their repeat customers. I always get a daily special (usaually about 5 to chose from), along with some ramen and some sushi. Everything is fresh! Their Thai tea is always good. And get you a Soju ( i drink it extra slow because it really is strong). It really does taste as good as it looks!

This experience was horrendous. They only attended to the customers they knew and neglected the others. They served cold and unappealing sushi and ramen and served expired beer that you could definitely taste! They served us 3 different types of sushi we did not order. We overheard them talking about customers that did not tip, and it is provably because they experienced what I did. Do better!

We are seated immediately & service is fantastic. Food is delicious & very fresh. Definitely recommend it! If we sit in the bar area the chef is always so welcoming & makes great conversations and interacts with you. I think that is very professional.
