I don't have a car and bus don't Go very often so when I do chose Jack in the box it's usually the app everything was fine until today Saturday morning 11:08am after sleeping in I decided hey I will order me Jack in the box breakfast I decided Ultimate breakfast Sandwich Combo with coke checkout chose payment weird message tiny box payment failed check information or try again my total order should of been only $21.33 delivery fee and taxes ok fine this glitch of payment failed happened 12 times. Apparently every time I tried to submit it was charging 21.33 I Lost a total of $295.33 on a $21.33 order basically my bank account went from 445 to 151 in mere minutes. I had to contact the bank now I'm waiting until Wednesday to see what happens. Tried to find a working phone number for Jack in the box customer service couldn't locate one so forget about taking to a human all I could do email at hey Jack.com. Needless to say I don't think I will be ordering Jack in the box anytime soon. I can't afford to be out almost $300

Drive-thru insanely slow. The person in the car ahead only got one bag of food but spent 10 minutes waiting, so did the next and I had to wait forever as well. Don't come here.

God this Location is just horrible, it's 12am and Sept. 30th at this point of time. The woman couldn't understand the fact that i had a Special request for no Bread, being that I'm Gluten Free. She gave me a Rude Snark Remark and even worse at the window. Paid $25 for my Burger & sandwich ll, why should she be sp Rude to comment, its what I requested and Paid for. To top it all off, the cheese was melted all over the paper wrap, couldn't even put it in a plastic Container. Wow Lady. She really Loves her Job.

The management have placed a security or surveillance trailer in the parking lot with a loudspeaker blaring out a welcome to Jack in the Box in English and Spanish. Bleak! I assume the purpose of it is ward off the various rough and tumble characters that frequent the sidewalks nearby. As far as the food… it’s like any other box. Not very good.
Parking: Trailer in the lot with blaring loudspeaker!

So it was closed around 730am this morning doors locked, yet the parking lot was full. It all makes sense if you don't think about it. Not sure how I feel about it, so basically it was a strange disappointment and I'm not happy about it.
Parking: It was supposedly closed at 730 am, yet the parking lot was fairly full of cars. 730am Monday morning. Doesn't make sense and so I didn't get to eat and I'm not happy about it. Anyone else experience similar strange situations here?
