Came to this location there was a car in front of me and i’m assuming they worked there cause all the worker came up to the window to chit chat, and had us waiting for NO REASON, just to talk! there was also people behind me waiting!

Are you kidding me! 100 degrees outside and 100 degrees inside as well? I'm so disappointed with this Jack in the box. So disappointed I will never come back. From the dirty dining room to the self serve Coke machine not working 100 degrees inside the dining room ?$15.00 for a combo chicken Sandwich! Shame on you Jack in the box! I should have went up the street to McDonald's man I should have went to McDonald's!

Okay today buy two chicken sandwich and two tacos a large fry baking Junior I when in because stupid idiot didn’t give all my food he lie to girl and she be all cocky and asking me where is the bag that she was saying that I was buying that I didn’t get my order and that she had a remake me another chicken sandwich too, and said this is the last time I will make it that see bag say that I did get it .

Food was awful. I couldn’t even eat it after a long day of work. I just wanted something to eat. You know real quick cause I can’t cook because I just now left work. I ordered my food four minutes before I got there and the food wasn’t ready until about 15 minutes And when I got my food, the mozzarella sticks were cold. I had to shake it up to get the sauce all over it cause they didn’t do that part and then the sandwich I said no mayo. It was mayo on it. I tried to wipe it off, but it wasn’t good so I didn’t even eat the food. It’s cold and I don’t like cold food I don’t I feel like if I pay for my food, I should get what I paid for.

The young man that took my order and card for payment asked for my pin number and input it and I've never told anyone before my pin and didn't feel comfortable disclosing it but after waiting in line for 10 minutes on my lunch break in the drive thru I gave it and before I changed my pin the the next morning I already had cash pulled out of my account illegally that same night and this has never happened to me before. Coincidence ? I was dumb not to change it immediately.

I have visited many times and never have had any issues with their service. But there's always a 1st time. I placed my order thru drive-thru in a timely manner. But when I got home is when I noticed a few items we're not in the bag. At the time, it was not possible to drive back to the store to claim my missing items. Due to my wheel chair accessibility. So I called the store several times, but there was no answer, only a recording that no one was available to take my call. Then, it would disconnect my call. My visit was at 1 pm. My last phone call attempted being 9pm. I lost only my missing items of $10 worth. I'm not too upset at that. Mistakes happen. But when you visit a well-known busy business and you contact them with a concern. And get no response by phone, nor is there any way of leaving a voice mail. That can be very upsetting. Poor customer service in communication skills. And as for my missing items. Well, my loss.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! The owner of this place should have more security cameras at the front register as I witnessed one of the lady’s with a gray long sleeve put money in their pockets it makes sense now why they only accept cash at times! I will never buy food here again she smelled like weed and alcohol very unprofessional.
