In my opinion, they're much better than In-N-Out Burger. The flavor of the meat and the selection of ingredients are very good, and the menu is quite extensive and diverse.

Gustavo did not provide the sauces that were on the order receipt and refused to provide them when asked.
The reason given was that the manager Mike ordered him not to provide sauces unless charged "extra".
No offer to charge for extra suace was extended, only refused service.
Receipt displayed $0.00 charge.
Gustavo was very rude, all the while laughing at our family as we requested the sauces for our paid meal.
This discriminatory behavior should not be tolerated by the Jack In The Box Corporation.

I have never been disappointed by chicken strips or by Jack. But today, let me tell u, was entirely disappointing. I ordered the 5pc Spicy Chicken Strips and we got 1 strip and 4 large nuggets. One of the nuggets was not even breaded, or rather, looks like the breading peeled off, along with some chicken. I honestly can't believe the staff found this order suitable to serve. We ordered via drive thru and didn't open the order until we were back on the fwy, so seeing what we got was quite frustrating. It's not like we could have gone back to the counter and asked 'wtf' lol anyhow, today's strips sucked and I really hope the next time we order strips we actually get strips because aside from them being overgrown nuggets in size (barely) they did actually have good flavor. Jack, I hope u take this review seriously.

Same old lady that works at night 3:12 am thats rude has no customer service what so ever. Heard her talking smack to other co worker because I pulled into the drive through. Why is she still working here when you guys have several complaints against her? FIRE HER ALREADY!! You will continue to see complaints and I’m going to talk to corporate about this behavior. Nothing is being done about this employee
