The older lady in the burgundy shirt has a really bad attitude. She talks to her coworkers like she’s mad at the world and gets rude when customers ask for something. Definitely needs better customer service training.

I made a mobile order at 9:20AM. Not even 30 minutes after eating the food, I started having horrible stomach cramps and I felt like I was going to pass out. I’m at work right now with the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I ordered a Double Bonus Combo and I thought that the meat smelled weird, but I thought it was just me. This place is going to end up killing someone.

3.9 stars is far too generous for this location. And it all has to do with the service. The heavy set Latina lady with the red shirt who acts like the manager there has never been nice to not a single client. She rolls her eyes when you ask her for something. God forbid you ask her to open the restroom. Honestly I have no idea how people like her even get employed. I go there because its in my route but if it weren't I'd NEVER spend a dollar here. Because of the service. The food is ok.

Why does your sign say open 24 hours on the drive-through but when I got here at 2:20 AM they’re closed? Came today 8/23 @ 440am same thing they say that they are shut down for the next 30 minutes to an hour.. issue is still going on. 9/3

We visited around 3pm and the women were very helpful with us and the elderly couple behind us in line who did not know how to use their debit card. The food was great and the fresh fries made it so much better. I like the table arrangement at this location, plus the sitting space is bigger at the booths. I will visit this Jack in the bkx location again.
