Dirty, dirty, dirty! Understaffed, poor customer service. No hand soap in restrooms, restrooms were not cleaned at all, both men and women! Dry breakfast sandwich, soggy hash brown. It could be that staff called off to go to the Los Angeles Dodgers Parade, let's go Dodgers! Regardless very poor representation of Jack in the Box. I have visited this spot many times mostly and have never experienced this. Hopefully this is a one off.

I realize sometimes things happen and stuff can go wrong, but, they missed half of my drive through order. There were only two people in line and I was one of them so they weren't busy. I got my things and asked if that was all when they said yes so I drove off and checked the bag before I got too far away. I realized they forgot my gremlin box so I had to turn around and drive back to the Jack in The Box but at least I didn't have a problem other than they were closed right then and I was locked out. They listened to me through the locked door and brought me my food. Then when I got home I looked at my loaded mini tacos when I discovered they missed the loaded part, the guacamole and sour cream and other stuff they put on the top. It was only a dollar more but since they messed up my order already it was a little irritating. Otherwise, I love Jack in the box food no matter what! In their favor, they did give me a slice of cheesecake which I gave to a homeless guy outside the store. I love their cheesecake but he probably needed it more than I did.

I went here today and ordered a three piece eggrolls! They had me pullover and wait until someone brought my food to my vehicle. When I opened the bag upon driving off Tge eggrolls were not fresh in fact they were recooked and burnt. Called in and asked for the manager some employee named Luis was very careless and rude !!This is disgustjng and I wouldn’t feed this too a dog.:

It was the cleanest with the fastest service and the best customer service and the main thing is I ordered a hash brown, and the bag was not greasy at all. I highly recommend going to this Jack-in-the-Box.

Unsanitary, ordered my food and they kept focusing on drive thru and only one person was wearing gloves. One person kept putting her hands on everything and then packaging tacos without washing or putting gloves

Just went through the drive thru. Gave them two five bills to pay for my item. I know it was two five dollar bills as I had no ones in my wallet. Hope the four dollars they stole was worth losing a customer over.
