It was the cleanest with the fastest service and the best customer service and the main thing is I ordered a hash brown, and the bag was not greasy at all. I highly recommend going to this Jack-in-the-Box.

Unsanitary, ordered my food and they kept focusing on drive thru and only one person was wearing gloves. One person kept putting her hands on everything and then packaging tacos without washing or putting gloves

Today I went drive thru had a wonderful experience. I have been here thousands of times but first time I felt this was necessary. Jerry who took my order was so kind and accurate and took my order with ease, I have NEVER in all times in any drive thru had felt appreciated and heard. At the window Emmy was just as kind listened to me with total attentiveness. I am beyond content and definitely will make an effort to back more often to have that experience again. It made me smile. Very professional and your management should be very proud. See u soon
Waited 37 minutes for a mobile order that said 7 minutes. Then they put complete from their end acting like if I ordered from there. Horrible. After the wait just to get cold cold food n missing an item!!! Don't waste $$ or time here.

Horrible staff. Lady at graveyard shift is super rude and uneasy. Two young men have bad customer service skills. I asked to be refunded cuz they made me drive back cuz they gave me wrong food. Hate being the douce bad here but hate going here.
