I realize sometimes things happen and stuff can go wrong, but, they missed half of my drive through order. There were only two people in line and I was one of them so they weren't busy. I got my things and asked if that was all when they said yes so I drove off and checked the bag before I got too far away. I realized they forgot my gremlin box so I had to turn around and drive back to the Jack in The Box but at least I didn't have a problem other than they were closed...
It was the cleanest with the fastest service and the best customer service and the main thing is I ordered a hash brown, and the bag was not greasy at all. I highly recommend going to this Jack-in-the-Box.
Today I went drive thru had a wonderful experience. I have been here thousands of times but first time I felt this was necessary. Jerry who took my order was so kind and accurate and took my order with ease, I have NEVER in all times in any drive thru had felt appreciated and heard. At the window Emmy was just as kind listened to me with total attentiveness. I am beyond content and definitely will make an effort to back more often to have that experience again. It made me smile....
