Went there this Am around 545. I was hungry and didn’t know what to buy so I was tryna order and after the first item the lady like anything else I added something else then she like anything else I’m like are you going to let me order she like I’m sorry anything else. 😩 uugh I had to drive off. I’m so irritated. She need to work on being quiet and letting people order.

Mainly the night/graveyard shift don't care about messing up your order even when you clearly state what you asked for when they ask a second time. They'll just talk to their coworkers and take their time. Mainly the female workers.

On multiple occasions this location has taken online orders and when I have arrived to pick up the order, they were closed. But all signage says they are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. On top of that getting your refund is a process.

Poor drive through service at 1335 Dudley in Pomona, Ca.!! Pablo P. Is a poor individual to be working the drive through!! I asked if they have sour cream and was offered coffee creamer. Then I asked if my nuggets were in the bag. He stated RUDELY " They're in the bag". I told him he should be more polite because I was just asking. I went inside and asked to speak to the manager and Pablo P. AGAIN RUDELY stated and pointed and said " She's right there ". I told the manager she should put someone more polite at the drive through because it is too early to be RUDE to customers. PABLO P. IS A POOR INDIVIDUAL FOR THE DRIVE THROUGH! If PABLO P. is unhappy with his job find another job. This store needs a drive through audit BADLY! EMPHASIS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Food is good. But service sucks. They are all nice but they screw up my orders 5/10 times that's half the darn time. When they do I drive back and they shrug it off like no big deal . Umm my time and gas is a big deal to me when it's happening half the time I order.
