Ordered a burger, didn't taste like nothing.The tomato it had was slimy.The food was not even hot. fries are too salty my stuffed jalapenos were cold in the middle. Never tasted something so disgusting.

What is this? What are they serving the people? That food is not fit for human consumption! My buddy brought me here looking for a late snack, and I ordered the egg rolls with curly fries. If you ever been inside a chicken coop, that is exactly how those egg rolls tasted like. I saw the tacos my buddy was eating, that did not look like meat! That wasn't even dog food! I'm just passing by LA and this food ain't it.

I came here for the gremlins munchie meal for the limited edition air freshener and when I opened my box in the parking lot,I did not see one included in the meal...went through the drive through to see if the drive through kiosk said sold out or something(it didn't say that at all at 4:10am)and the guy,although nice,said they didn't have any more?why call it a gremlin meal if the insert wasn't included?why did I pay more for this than the regular munchie meal?should have put a notification up stating it was sold out or took it down...I felt ripped off by this establishment...VERY disappointed there was no alternative substitute...shame on the owner if they knew this and continued to sell without the main promotional incentive...FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I work across the street and used to eat here all the time. I usually use the drive thru but I decided to go into the diner. I was literally almost yelling hello after standing there for seven minutes. Because I thought she could not hear me. She totally ignored me after walking right by me to get the drive thru order. Finally the cook who was staring at me the entire time pointed to the kiosk and told me I could order from there. I walked out and will NEVER go there again. Has this world became a place where people are ignored and ordering food through a computer and and asking for a tip on top is normal???

I ordered a buttery smashed Jack combo but when I opened up my bag I ended up with a smashed Jack instead ☹️ very disappointed. The restroom was filthy and out of toilet paper.
The food was fast and fresh plenty of parking since I was pulling a trailer at the time there was a huge parking lot there and that was really a benefit for me.

Never fails you ask for their 🌮 tacos all lettuce berly any meat and no freakin cheese not the only time this happens they always skimp out the cheese idk u the f I ordered tacos when they give you trash I know other jack in the box that gives you regular tacos well served ful this place
