Amanda at Jamba Juice deserves major recognition! Every time I stop by, she’s often running the store by herself and still manages to keep everything running smoothly. She greets every customer with genuine friendliness, stays calm even when it gets busy, and always goes above and beyond to make sure orders are correct.

What really stood out to me was her attention to detail — she remembered my allergies and double-checked my order without me even having to remind her. That level of care makes me feel confident and valued as a customer. On top of that, she works quickly without sacrificing quality, and you can tell she takes pride in her work.

It’s rare to see someone handle so many responsibilities with such professionalism and a positive attitude. Amanda truly makes the Jamba Juice experience better, and she absolutely deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication.

Seriously understaffed. I came in to grab a quick juice. There’s no one behind the counter, no machines going, three customers in the lobby waiting on their orders and nobody behind the counter. I waited for a few minutes. Nobody came out to the front so I just walked out without getting anything.

Today Friday went in for a bowl and the lady at service where close not 9pm yet open for me then gave me an attitude and bad service specially the girl name Gabby.
Please do something about this attitude when serving the people.

Have been going here in the mornings but every time I’m there they don’t have complete ingredients to make my bowls they’re always missing something today I waited about 10/15 min just for the employee to tell me they were out of waffles and strawberries

Worker didn’t even acknowledge or help us.
Helped ourselves by ordering on the kiosk
And then later the worker said they are out of ingredients for the juice we ordered.
Got a refund but still bad service

Great smoothies my favorite is the Strawberries wild and the PB and banana protein. Download the app for rewards. Got half off after using app for the first time. Should have done this months ago! Glad I did. Nice job Jamba!

Always out of ingredients here. Always. Not sure if this is the fault of management or if it’s a Jamba juice supplier problem, but this shouldn’t be the case. Needs to be fixed.

We visited this Jamba Juice location late at night and found only one employee managing everything.

She took our orders and knocked them out quickly, but we all agreed a single person managing an entire shift would slow down orders, especially during a lunch rush. We were also surprised to learn that she was also responsible for cleaning and closing the store.

Seems like this location is understaffed. I understand ownership costs can be difficult to manage, but it's great employees who keep the business running and the customers coming back.

Aside from that, the staff was great and the store was clean. However, there were some sketchy people hanging around outside the shop, so keep an eye out if visiting at night.

I will have to agree with many of the "not-so-good" reviews on here about this Jamba location. On 08/06/2024, I met the "district manager", Min and I was not very impressed either. He made me wait at least 5 minutes before acknowledging my presence standing in front of the register. Many of the staff there don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. My Go-to location is the La Verne Jamba' it's a couple minutes further than this location but they are much nicer and happier staff. They ran out of Whey Protein (until next week), so I started coming here again.

Today, 08/07/2024, I had the pleasure to be welcomed and served by ITZEL. She's GREAT. Great service, great hospitality, great preparation of food and great listening skills. She restored my interest in going back there again.

Thank YOU Itzel and Thanks Jamba for having Itzel there. She's an ASSET for sure.

Stop to get a smoothie Orange c booster that’s my favorite there was 8 customers onsite and only one employee but I got to say she was very professional and courteous she was able make everyone orders within 20 minutes didn’t ask for her name but it was on 6/30/24 around 3:30 pm she should be commended by her company for her dedication .

I've been trying to grab an acai bowl for two weeks and they don't have granola? How is it possible that they can't carry the product they need if they sell bowls that contain granola? One day it's fine that they don't have it but for two weeks it's really absurd.
