We visited this Jamba Juice location late at night and found only one employee managing everything.

She took our orders and knocked them out quickly, but we all agreed a single person managing an entire shift would slow down orders, especially during a lunch rush. We were also surprised to learn that she was also responsible for cleaning and closing the store.

Seems like this location is understaffed. I understand ownership costs can be difficult to manage, but it's great employees who keep the business running and the customers coming back.

Aside from that, the staff was great and the store was clean. However, there were some sketchy people hanging around outside the shop, so keep an eye out if visiting at night.

I will have to agree with many of the "not-so-good" reviews on here about this Jamba location. On 08/06/2024, I met the "district manager", Min and I was not very impressed either. He made me wait at least 5 minutes before acknowledging my presence standing in front of the register. Many of the staff there don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. My Go-to location is the La Verne Jamba' it's a couple minutes further than this location but they are much nicer and happier staff. They ran out of Whey Protein (until next week), so I started coming here again.

Today, 08/07/2024, I had the pleasure to be welcomed and served by ITZEL. She's GREAT. Great service, great hospitality, great preparation of food and great listening skills. She restored my interest in going back there again.

Thank YOU Itzel and Thanks Jamba for having Itzel there. She's an ASSET for sure.

Stop to get a smoothie Orange c booster that’s my favorite there was 8 customers onsite and only one employee but I got to say she was very professional and courteous she was able make everyone orders within 20 minutes didn’t ask for her name but it was on 6/30/24 around 3:30 pm she should be commended by her company for her dedication .

I've been trying to grab an acai bowl for two weeks and they don't have granola? How is it possible that they can't carry the product they need if they sell bowls that contain granola? One day it's fine that they don't have it but for two weeks it's really absurd.

They take forever to serve you, there was only one person in front of me who was already served, and 5 minutes passed and I was not helped, I ended up leaving. This always happens when I go, I will no longer be returning they take too long. I would understand if there were multiple people but there was not. Please hire more staff or make sure your staff has proper time management.

I had ordered 3 drinks and there was only person operating. The worker had touched the trash, charged us at the register, then proceeded to make our drinks without gloves or washing her hands. When our drinks were done we didn’t know which one was which since they were different, when I asked her she replied with a nasty attitude and then ignored us.

Employee was on her phone the whole time planning a party with her friends. Got mad when I placed an order of 2 smoothies. Stayed on the phone the whole time when I attempted to cancel my order. Would not refund me. She then dialed the manager and they said they could not refund me my money. First bad review I've ever written. They literally just took my money...

Complete disregard for those with dietary restrictions . They are quick to argue rather than apologize or clarify their issues . If you receive plant based orders mixed with non plant based orders , do something to Indicate that . And don’t be surprised when you’re asked simple straightforward questions about such . Attitude is everything. If you don’t hear or understand something ask questions . The professionalism is non existent . Not safe for vegans or vegetarians since the staff are not trained properly in what they’re serving .

I went to Jamba Juice right before the rush hour. As I was waiting more people arrived and she forgot all about my order. She did 10 people’s drink before making my bowl. When she finally finished serving everyone who came AFTER me then she made my bowl. When I got my bowl there was no strawberries in it. So I asked for strawberries and “she said they’re all out.” When I ordered she didn’t tell me there wasn’t anymore strawberries because there was but because she served all those people before me she ran out and I got left with no strawberries in my bowl. I was looking at her making the drinks for people, so Ik she used strawberries. I couldn’t even ask for a refund because she didn’t even give me a receipt. I want my refund!
