I just picked up my mobile order. My sandwich didn't haven't bacon nor was it the right bread. I tried to call but no one picked up. I'm upset with the lack of service.

By far the most bland roast beef sandwich I've ever had. Bland cheese, bland meat, and bland bread. I can get better quality out of a lunchable at a fraction of the price. 0/10, save your money.

I ordered chicken sandwich, they gave me beef. I even repeated my sandwich and she said yes. So when I left for my lunch upon opening it. It was been. I have high cholesterol and was trying to not eat beef but I was hungry. Next time I'll check my food.

Went to get sandwiches with my roommates but had to walk out once I witnessed them handle cash with gloves on then proceeded to make the sandwiches without changing out of said gloves. They need to be retrained on food safety because that is absolutely disgusting. The employees here have attitude always. I shouldn't have gone, I've only heard bad things about this location and wanted to give them a chance.

I wish I could give zero stars. At a time I used to love this location, as it is convenient to work. However, because of todays experience..I will not be returning. Very very very rude and unhappy employees. Told them right off the bat that my order was going to be a little complicated due to the fact that I have severe food allergies and needed my sandwich cut with different utensils. Young lady with colored hair helping me acted like it was the end of the world she had to walk in the back for a different knife and proceeded to be rude the entire time by tossing items around and at one point after I had previously explained what I wanted, she refused to make my sandwich and had another coworker finish making it.I told another employee as I was leaving that his coworker needed to smile more often, and he replied with "why? The world sucks anyways" YIKES.Maybe these young kids shouldn't work in food/customer service if they can't deal with everyday requests from customers. It reflects very poorly on the business.Will not be returning to this location, and will let all my coworkers know of this situation and remind them not to go there either! So unfortunate.

The best place, fast and friendly, always quality food. My go to place for a great sandwhich.
I've eaten at plenty of Jersey mikes but for some reason this one literally gave me the worst upset stomach. Maybe it was the dull lettuce that was slightly brown or the grey looking turkey that was sliced on a very dirty looking cutter. I should've trusted my gut and walked out. The only good thing was the service. The guy was very polite. It's been 5 hours and my stomach is still screaming at me.

Ordered a Sub through DoorDash that was delivered to me. Was half way done eating when I noticed a disgusting hair in my food! I'm soooooo disgusted it's not even funny. 27 bucks down the drain. Next time anyone order sandwich, please hold the hair. Thank you. I'll never order from this location again.

Store was clean. But all chairs were up on tables ready for closing 1 1/2 hours before closing. I like Jersey Mike's but can't offer a review as they were completely out of any kind of bread. So disappointing!
