Ordered a drinks and a beef stew entree, the drinks is okay but I waited 15 mins for the beef stew, but instead the staff just come out and said they aren't selling it anymore, note that it's is still in both physical and online menus at the time. I dont understand if they only don't have it at the time or what but it is such a bad experience.

Laurena was very rude! She forgot boba in my drink, I let her know I notice the boba was missing. She sounded frustrated already at the slight mention my order was done incorrectly. I immediately just wanted to deal with someone else. It's too early to be dealing with attitude it's 12 the store open at 10 like please. She refused to get me a manager, so I asked if she could just remake my drink and that would solve all the issues, she said no you can get your money back, I said I really just want my drink done properly, I drove all this way the attitude is extremely unpleasant and unnecessary. I made her realize she'd still need to grab a manager to give me a refund so she decided to just make my drink again. As I was walking out I tried to open the door and it was locked so I ran into it and she chuckled I notified her she probably didn't want the same thing to happen to another customer so she should probably unlock it as it can cause harm to someone. Just a very I pleasant experience. I used to go here all the time however I will be taking a break for awhile. Thank you also they are always out off fresh ingredients like strawberries! The women has a Spanish accent brownish blond highlights and was working Friday Morning at 11:45 HORRIBLE SERVICE

Poor customer service. Employees are not friendly and do not greet or bother to acknowledge you. Even when it is not busy. When I asked the the cashier if the chicken bits were breast meat she said yes however, it is not breast meat it is dark meat which I do not like when I called back to speak to the cashier she said she didn’t know. Ugh.. if you don’t know ask!!! Or say you don’t know instead of wasting peoples time and money! I will say the Thai boba is delicious. Management should really talk or train its employees.

I give 4 stars overall because my family loves the drinks and snacks there, and I like the prices. However I took off one star for customer service. It's been the same two ladies--one older and one younger--there the last few times we've been in there. Not very friendly, barely audible in greeting us or taking our order. The last couple times we walked in and it was like we were interrupting their conversation to give them our order. I don't know what's up, but it doesn't seem like they want to be there, or at least they aren't interested in good customer service.

We accidentally ran into this place and decided to try since we also wanted a snack. The drinks are pretty average, and I was disappointed that my 25% sweet order tasted more like 75% sweet. We ordered fries and they were pretty good, fresh and crispy, but we also ordered "mild" chicken and it was pretty spicy. I'd consider it if I'm in the neighborhood again, but wouldn't make the drive there.

We ordered fries and they were pretty good, fresh and crispy, but we also ordered "mild" chicken and it was pretty spicy. I'd consider it if I'm in the neighborhood again, but wouldn't make the drive there.
