Walked In dressed up nice asked to wash my hands so i can buy food to eat young girl said i couldn’t use the restroom i went cross the street burger place washed my hands and bought burger there 5 stars to them for good food and 1 star to you for making people eat with dirty hands

The pieces of chicken here are GIGANTIC! And I mean this in the worst way possible:( I wonder where this KFC sources their chicken from. Bc, the chicken at this KFC location was unlike any I’ve had at any other KFC before. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 🤮

Worst kfc to go to,the employees were very rude and they said they ran out. You can tell the lady was In a bad mood and didn’t want to take our order we ask if she spoke Spanish to make it easier for her and she said obviously very rudely and we asked her if there was any specials on Tuesday and she idk and idc after she told us to park very rudely and slammed the window on us

KFC removes your Tuesday promotion 8 pieces x 10 dollars I went today Tuesday and they didn't offer me the promotion remove your TV ad or tell your employees that there is no promotion
The food was a little dry for my Taste but the Customer Service was a 10/10 the biggest downfall was how HOT it was inside, it felt Hotter inside than it was outside. Reap Muggy. I guess to keep the homeless out, which didn't work. I asked the Homeless man to leave myself. Falling asleep drooling inside the restaurant. Just an FYI 30 min after leaving, I ended up getting the Runs from their food. :(

The cooks in the morning shift are great and very friendly , great service.
On the other hand keep in mind , The night shift is very grumpy and will serve you cold food. One bad apple makes the whole tree look bad . ? It's the young individual at the window with a attitude. DONT EAT HERE AFTER 4PM
