Terrible service

Today I ask for a large biónico with no watermelon and no melon . My surprise when I got home it only had strawberries and papaya.. hello this is not a biónico and if you guys don’t have all the fruits you guys need to let us know before not when we ask the reason why you only served strawberries and papaya …. I have years coming to this place and today I was so disappointed……..

We just came, they are cleaning, we ask for crepe and they say they ran out, it's a rude way, having everything there to serve us

Took a couple kids I was sitting To have ice cream here at 9:00. Sign said open. Girls sat down and were ready for their snacks. Well apparently they closed at 9:00, not 10:00 which is what the hours are online. But they didn’t tell me that. They sold it all to me then packed it to go. Since I had nowhere for them to eat it, by the time I took each of them home they had melted ice creams. Despite 3 girls working, neither of them thought to mention that they were closed and we couldn’t sit in the dining area. And since both girls are handicapped and need assistance eating, letting them have it in the car was out of the question. They could’ve just said, “sorry we just closed.” It was a waste. When I told them The hours online said 10. The girl said, “Sorry, next time check the app.” Who tf has the La Michoacana app?

We just discovered this jewel of a place. The customer service is superb and the food is absolutely amazing!! One of our favorite places for fresh fruit and yummy snacks.

I personally do not recommend this restaurant the prices are too high they're servings are too little this that I'm saying only as a customer now as an employee I do not recommend to work there the owners don't care about their employees if you miss a day that cut your hours if any food goes to waste is your fault and you have to pay for it if they forget to leave the keys to the manager to close and per say they're in a concert and we all know that concerts could be up to 3 in the morning or more you have to wait outside the store until they come so you can close the door wait for the good part you're not getting paid for that overtime and I have a lot more to say and I hope this message goes to the right person and they start paying me what they owe me please.......
