Customer service was not the best 😕

It was a good Ice Cream place nice customer service I really appreciate it. The Flan was one of my favorite flavor Rich Caramel Taste 😋. But the reason why I am giving it a 4/5 is because the Ice Cream is basically to much Ice Cubes and not actually the flavor which I got another scoop of the Ferreors.

Used to love stopping here with my child for an afternoon treat...until the cashier decided to give themselves a tip without my approval. Will not be returning to this location.

The ice cream was good. There are so many flavors to choose from. Basic atmosphere, but that is expected, it is an ice cream shop mostly. Prices were little in the high side, but the scoops were very large, so it evens out in the end.

Place was dead empty at 630pm on a Wednesday. Girl inside was super nice. Ice cream was ok but price was way up their. 7$ for a medium ice cream cup plus .75 card fee... no thank u. Not worth it

I got the helado de mamey and it was okayy,

but my mom got a raspado de fresa and their raspados are NOT it.

Horrible horrible horrible. “Employees” are too busy talking with each other instead of serving the customer causing issues with the speed and accuracy of service.

Quality has gone down 200% from 5+ years ago while prices have risen 200%. The math isn’t mathing and neither will the profits of this place. Not a business, but a money laundering mill.

My bionico was not a traditional bionico. Was disappointed. Who puts cinnamon, and no apple on it . The cinnamon changed the whole traditional flavor . Sorry but not my style. Still eat it do that's why it's 2 star just didn't enjoy it . 👎

Love this location. The girls here are always friendly. My favorite is Sandia ice cream or Sandianada.
