Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible service. I ordered a personal pizza and the cashier did not put in order correctly as I have ordered same thing before. They try to have me pay for a pizza that had two personal pizzas yet she was aware of what I asked. Management needs to train the employees to provide better customer service to customers.i have gone to the same location and another in the evening and have not had this issues before. Management needs to train their staff better and have better business practices on communication and addressing customer complaints.

First off, the food was okay fast food nothing special, pizza not cut correctly as usual. Service was poorly! I was calling to order my food, the caller was hanging up on me multiple times (3) Worst customer service by far. The atmosphere was okay, Pomona nothing special.

They were efficient and professional, both the cashier and manger were friendly with nice smile

I put a scheduled online order an hour before picking it up but still had to wait nearly 20mins to get it. Its like they forgot about it? It was pretty busy at the time, but the customer line was so unorganized. Everyone just ran to 1 cashier whenever they came to the counter. The portal machines does not seem operating. I wanted to avoid going to the counter all together but was not possible. It tasted ok. Not worth the hassle though. And yes they folded part of the pizza. It was odd but still ate it.

Why is it I go in at 11pm and I get 2 peps, a bread stick and sauce and it's 19.00$ flat yet I go and reorder the same food at 6pm and its 20.63$ why did I get charged nearly 2 dollars extra? The food wasn't even fresh like the lunch one.

Pizza was not good. I’ve had New York pizza so maybe that’s why this pizza is not good. Walked in for a hot n ready pepperoni and when I ate it, it tasted like bread with a thin layer of sauce and thin layer of cheese.-employees are like 15 years old and don’t know how to manage customers.I did not get my change back because the employee said they don’t have change. It was busy and I just wanted to get out of there. She could’ve offered me a sauce.-don’t come here not worth it

Parking: Parking lot on property is huge! Whole area used to be full of car dealerships many years ago. Now it's a new shopping center. I spent the night sleeping here since I'm currently homeless in my car. I took a shower at the Planet Fitness here, then came for a cheap pizza at Little Caesars. I literally ordered my pizza at 3:45pm for pickup at 545pmI get here and the order isn't ready this is unacceptable. I also see people with the same issue not sure who this lady is working but she's terrible. Bad service here.

The cashier rudely responded that they didn’t carry cheese and peppers. For once, why not? For two, why is she being rude about it? Terrible customer

I could see why they have bad reviews I just called to asked for how long they had the pizza on the warmer ready to-go I stopped there because it was something real quick to get for my daughters for practice.The pizza was literally NOT WARM OR HOT it was cold n dry. The young lady I was talking to was clueless what to do she was back n forth at the end of all this conversation over the phone I asked for her name for next time I go and pick up my pizza n etc she literally tell me to “HOLD ON” to give me her name I’m like wow she rather give me another persons name instead of hers I didn’t asked to speak to the manager at all because it wasn’t something big but for all this wow I know for a fact I won’t stop there for a ready to-go pizza I could see why there customer service is poor. They need better customer service an communication.
