They always have good prices in the pieces really good. The atmosphere is great. Pepperoni. The services great. It is always very clean. Very accessible. It was ready when they promised.

I order cheesy bread and they said I need to wait for 15 minutes when I back inside to pick it up they give my cheesy bread to a guy and they give me the crazy bread I tell them I don’t want that and they want to make me a refund intead my cheesy bread really bad service

Terrible service. I ordered a personal pizza and the cashier did not put in order correctly as I have ordered same thing before. They try to have me pay for a pizza that had two personal pizzas yet she was aware of what I asked. Management needs to train the employees to provide better customer service to customers.i have gone to the same location and another in the evening and have not had this issues before. Management needs to train their staff better and have better business practices on communication and addressing customer complaints.

First off, the food was okay fast food nothing special, pizza not cut correctly as usual. Service was poorly! I was calling to order my food, the caller was hanging up on me multiple times (3) Worst customer service by far. The atmosphere was okay, Pomona nothing special.

I put a scheduled online order an hour before picking it up but still had to wait nearly 20mins to get it. Its like they forgot about it? It was pretty busy at the time, but the customer line was so unorganized. Everyone just ran to 1 cashier whenever they came to the counter. The portal machines does not seem operating. I wanted to avoid going to the counter all together but was not possible. It tasted ok. Not worth the hassle though. And yes they folded part of the pizza. It was odd but still ate it.

Why is it I go in at 11pm and I get 2 peps, a bread stick and sauce and it's 19.00$ flat yet I go and reorder the same food at 6pm and its 20.63$ why did I get charged nearly 2 dollars extra? The food wasn't even fresh like the lunch one.
