The last three visits have been horrible. The food is cold and the staff unapologetic. I called the store and spoke to Leticia whom said she was the assistant manager, nothing about her demeanor spoke of having any customer service experience. I then spoke to the store manager who was just as bad.

Ordered 2 mcdoubles plain. It had everything. Pickels, onions. Ok. No problem I scraped everything off. Didn't help. Every bite i took had onions in it. I mean every single bite. I'm never going to this mcdonalds again. There's always homeless doing drugs outside, trying to pick fights with you.. I've had enough of this place. They need to close this mcdonalds down. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but when I do, it's for a good reason.

Horrible environment, lots of homeless around and druggies. As for customer service -SUCKS- Needs better people skill training. I do not recommend this McDonald's if you have kids.

Normal McDonald's food that you would expect with the added bonus of homeless people taking up the seats. I was lucky enough to sit and watch a guy smoke meth of a piece of foil while I enjoyed my meal. And yes.... inside the restaurant. You also have a lot of homeless people bringing their animals inside with no leash and they obviously aren't service animals. I actually feel bad for the staff at this location. It's obvious that the owners and managers are the ones allowing this to happen. But when all is said and done..... I love my egg McMuffins.

The food doesn’t disappoint, the problem is how they get orders wrong. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and they gave me a water/mixture of coffee saying they didn’t have caramel.
