Older lady red hair yelled young associate. Made me feel uncomfortable. I feel she shouldn't have yelled at her for no reason. Then proceeded to eat at work station. I dont think I'd come back to this McDonald's and it feels unclean when she ate over food that the others made.

Worker with red hair and glasses was rude to associate. she was eating on the job while other people worked hard she was lazy not doing anything but yelled at young associate. All she did was made others work while she ate looking at how busy the store was. She then proceeded to yell at another associate made me and others uncomfortable. I think her name was Veronica not sure but her name did start with v

I was disappointed on the last few occassions when i came to pick up pre ordered food. When you walk in they completely icnore you, lots of employees and managers just walk by and act like you are not there. Not even a just a minute i will be with you. Then they go and stand next to other drive thru employees and wait to have something to do instead of taking that time to help you. The other day a lady dressed as a manager came to ask my order number but did not speak english so could not understand my number so then just turned around and icnored me a customer that did speak spanish tried to help me and told her the number in spanish and with an attitude told him its not ready. Another employee not manager saw this came over and looked and gave me my order that was ready. I dont see how someine that can not understand her customers can be a manager. If you are a uber driver good luck if you dont speak spanish at this mc donalds.

Bad experience with this McDonald’s. They gave me the wrong order. Got completely different items from what I ordered & they forgot to include my kid’s chocolate milks. They need to pay more attention to orders and what’s being placed in the bags.

Just make sure to ask for 'little ice' unless you want your cup to be jam-packed full of ice to the brim so that they can cheat you out of a fair share of soda, so they can save a few cents on their profit margin.

Wanted a burger but the drive through staff told us to wait and we waited for 10 min. We specifically told them to double check our order cus we had a feeling that there gonna get that wrong. When we got our food they forgot to put our bacon in there. Not coming here ever again.
Waited 30mins for like 2 meals! Unbelievable! The employee looked at me annoyed and hen i asked sbout my order after waiting for so long Anddddddd my burgers were cold. On top of that worker insist i use kiosk
