I was extremely disappointed with the service. First, they forgot to give me a burger, and then they didn't give me the extra beef I requested. I don't understand what the staff were thinking during their work hours. If they're going to work like this, they might as well go home and lie in bed. The greatest kindness is not to cause trouble for others.

For the fast way to get your food just go drive thru if you get off your going to be waiting a bit longer than usual, they gotten better with the food

You guys are promoting Monopoly, but yet you guys have no pieces to give out for purchases. Your employees are stealing them and selling them online, but you cannot have pieces available for your customers that are purchasing the food that requires Monopoly pieces

Horrible customer service. In today’s world of technology, we shouldn’t be losing the basics of customer service. I placed an order online, and my son went to pick it up. He stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes while multiple employees were visible in the back, yet not a single one acknowledged him.
I finally walked in and had to raise my voice just to get someone’s attention. Only then did an employee come out and say, “Oh, you order from the kiosk.” I explained we ordered online — but how would they know, when not one person bothered to greet or assist my son, who had been standing there almost 10 minutes?
This is unacceptable. Technology should make service smoother, not replace the simple act of acknowledging a customer. Terrible service experience.

Service sucks. Im currently here to pick up my online order and no one is helping me out they're judt in the back talking and they can clearly see me. Currently been 5 minutes and they im invisible. Im also the only customer here...

Over three dollars for a large coke and no refills makes mcdonald's expensive. No more service at all. All the employees hide in the back. I will never go to mcdonald's until they change their company structure back to pre.Covid

Worst place to go the food is cold the fries are stale, like eating branches off a tree and if you want ice cream forget about it the machines been broken for twenty plus years. Unless you just crossed the desert and are starving don’t bother going there you’re not getting what you paid for because they can’t get the order right. Most likely because they can’t read English and until they change their order menus getting what you asked for is nearly impossible. I hope they’re not paying these people $20 an hour because they’re not worth 20 cents whatever happened to standards of the franchise someone needs to clean house literally and figuratively. When you walk in and see the filthy conditions of the dining area just remember the kitchen is no better but it is representative of the people that work there.
Update: employees still don’t understand English apparently they don’t know the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. Not to mention what’s the point of having free French fries Friday if you don’t want to honor the deal. Somebody needs to reevaluate the employees and management because if you can’t do a simple job like making a burger you shouldn’t be working there and if you don’t know how to hire competent people you shouldn’t be managing a business. Why they asked for more money at food establishments is beyond me because they don’t deserve half of what they get now.
