I was extremely disappointed with the service. First, they forgot to give me a burger, and then they didn't give me the extra beef I requested. I don't understand what the staff were thinking during their work hours. If they're going to work like this, they might as well go home and lie in bed. The greatest kindness is not to cause trouble for others.

I was disappointed on the last few occassions when i came to pick up pre ordered food. When you walk in they completely icnore you, lots of employees and managers just walk by and act like you are not there. Not even a just a minute i will be with you. Then they go and stand next to other drive thru employees and wait to have something to do instead of taking that time to help you. The other day a lady dressed as a manager came to ask my order number but did not speak english...

It almost seems like McDonalds tells their employees to deliberately avoid acknowledging their customers. If they don’t want to answer questions, they should not tell people their orders are ready when the order is not ready
