My burger looked thrown together and it only had 4 ingredients. Their ice machine also was out of service and there fries weren't salted. I love McDonald fries and there coke. Not from this location unfortunately.

It actually does accept debit cards. McDonald's isn't a place that I prefer to eat at. Not much on the menu that is memorably tasty. Kind of expensive for what you get.

I got my kids food here through the drive thru on 11/9/25 at about 6:30pm when we hot home(which is only a couple of minutes away) all of our food was cold and stale. Not to mention the long period of time we waited and the fact that I paid $30 really upset me.

Seems McD’s isn’t paying much anymore that its trying to make everything automated by ordering through the self serve screen, but you can’t customize an order through that, you cant add beacon to a sandwich and you have to wait a bit to get someone to get your order in person cause they are all running around fulfilling orders from the drive through.
They are very disrespectful and very rude, locking the door when they should be open and when u ask for something or help the ignore u.

What is so difficult on double checking the order and the bags of food before handed off to the customer?
Third time through this drive thru and it never fails. They always forget something! I know it's my fault for trusting these fast food workers that now make $20 an hour.
Our kids wanted their happy meals and we stopped at this McDonald's because it's the closest to Pomona hospital. And again, they forgot the kids drinks.
It's not that difficult... Check the ticket order Check the food in the bag and handed through the window.
And please stop using the excuse that you are short handed!

Unfortunately.. about 50% of the time I order something is missing and thou I live 5min away it's such an inconvenience that I have to return to get the missing item and how do you explain to a child that their happy meal is missing the nuggets.. and then again it's so close why should I have to drive further to another McDonald's.. Right!😔
