What is so difficult on double checking the order and the bags of food before handed off to the customer?

Third time through this drive thru and it never fails. They always forget something! I know it's my fault for trusting these fast food workers that now make $20 an hour.

Our kids wanted their happy meals and we stopped at this McDonald's because it's the closest to Pomona hospital. And again, they forgot the kids drinks.

It's not that difficult...
Check the ticket order
Check the food in the bag and handed through the window.

And please stop using the excuse that you are short handed!

Unfortunately.. about 50% of the time I order something is missing and thou I live 5min away it's such an inconvenience that I have to return to get the missing item and how do you explain to a child that their happy meal is missing the nuggets.. and then again it's so close why should I have to drive further to another McDonald's.. Right!😔

Bad service never have ice, the manager is terrible , today She threw the fries at the customer, Nobody attends the cash register, and very bad service👎🏽

Please think twice about coming to this McDonalds. If you’re going to eat inside, expect A LOT of homeless people eating inside next to you. The bathroom codes are given to them and they mess up the restroom. I have walked in with homeless guys shaving inside leaving a mess of water everywhere. The homeless people also stand outside and ask if you can buy them something. If they’re not there, they’re hanging out by the drive thru area. Their card readers don’t work most of the time and you have to use the kiosk. Waiting times are horrible. The cashiers do not have a friendly attitude and it’s a mess overall.

this is with years living down this McDonald's with consistently getting simple meal orders mixed with cars behind, on top of that with the under maintenance it's giving options to order when your obviously closed ? I ordered a frape to get it picked up and I was met with CONES AND THE location dark so 6$back or fix your availability

It was under construction, there was a lot of homeless all the way around the bldg. Asking for money

Vegetarian options: Again the lobby and bathrooms are closed.

Dietary restrictions: No

Parking: Again there's a lot of homeless and tents , the parking lot could be cleaned, but the associates are friendly.

Kid-friendliness: Not so much.

I work with students with disabilities practicing their communication skills and this establishment is often our go-to spot because it’s near our school. Our students would often look forward all week to get to go out to eat at McDonalds.

Today, one of the workers said out loud for us to hear “They need to be paying attention to their orders” even when my student’s order was found by another worker in the drive through counter.

On the same day, my student was ignored at the counter when trying to get their attention because the same worker forgot to give her drink.

While I understand that this is a fast food establishment and there are systems in place to make it seamless for the customers, these encounters with customers are standard customer courtesy—whether you have a disability or not.

I am disappointed and will be communicating with the staff at our school about this experience.
