My husband and I are hooked on the cheese enchiladas at Mexico Lindo, so when it came to planning our wedding, we wanted to explore more dishes to offer at our event. We booked our tasting and confirmed our catering order the same day: chicken and cheese enchiladas, steak fajitas, shrimp de Diablo, Chile Verde, rice and beans, along with chips and salsa. Everything tasted phenomenal, and we got so many compliments from our guests about the delicious food. Not to mention, the Mexico Lindo staff were professional and patient.My husband and I will continue making our regular visits to the restaurant and will definitely utilize their catering service again.
