We walked into this place based on the high reviews. 1.) Asked the guy: what's the most popular drink? and with indifference, he said 'milk tea', 2.) Second attempt: what is Ube brown sugar? He responded: I don't know how to explain it. It is best you look at our web. 3.) 3rd time should be the charm: What is your favorite drink? His brutal answer was 'WE as a mexican, don't drink this kind of drink, so it is up to you what you like to have'. IMPRESSIVE ANSWERS!!! CLEARLY LACK OF PROPER TRAINING!
What a difference in services compared to 'TP Tea' in Diamond Bar, full knowledge about every single recipe, super courteous, and sparkling clean facility.

We have waited so long for Mochinut to arrive here in omaha. We have driven to Chicago to get it several times, so having it close to home is so nice. The bubble donuts are delicious and unique. Many different flavors and the texture is delightful. The other hit is the Korean Corndogs. They have different toppings, but we keep it original. Definitely a fun place to go!

I don’t know why, and it grosses me out to think about it but this location is the only one that ALWAYS give me a stomach ache that lasts all day into the night. No matter what I order. Flavor is good though. I travel SoCal for work a lot and no other locations do this. In addition the man working the register is… unique I’ll say. I don’t want to be rude but he makes the experience very odd. The windows are also damaged and missing and have boards in place. Mix all of this up and yeah no. Not coming back. Edit for the reply: Clearly reading isn’t your strong suit for whomever replied. But thanks to this I’ll just cease going to your other locations which for your reading impaired issue, DON’T give me stomach issues and this being the only one. I’m very sorry I hurt your little feelings and made you reply like a passive aggressive adult-child. I’m also sorry you’re not too bright. :) Photo of your silly little reply attached. FYI fix that broken window since you have time to sit here and act like a baby. It looks tacky sweetheart.

Never been here before, its so amazing! I got the delight ice cream with a raspberry funnel cake donut and it was absolutely delicious! We also got a boba and it's so cool how they put it in a can for you. Would definitely recommend and we'll be coming back.

Service and mochinuts were good, but they had no air conditioning with the front door wide open for all the flies and bugs to come right in! Disgusting and felt bad for the employee. The temperature was 90 degrees outside!
Super friendly staff. The drink and hot cheeto dog was delicious. Most definitely recommend

Mochinuts are always amazing, but I also just want to do a shout out to the nice young employee, John. It started pouring rain outside and he decided to walk me to my car with his umbrella.I hope he gets recognition for his kindness and professionalism. We need more people like John in this world.

I went today, Tuesday, at approximately 12:00 pm and the seller had a very bad attitude. I don't know if I would call it racist, but his attitude was very bad and he rushed us to leave the place. I love those donuts and all their products, but I wouldn't go back to that place. local because I really wouldn't pass that deal again

I went here twice and both times were magical!! The customer service staff is just sparkling with hard work, a friendly manner, helpful, and deserves to be applauded with a tip in their jar!! The corn dogs are supreme beings amongst the corn dog family for I recommend the spicy Takis and I don't even like Takis but on this magnificent creation it just rocks!! I also enjoyed the cheese dog for it had a bit of sweet on the outside yet a distinguished filling of mozzarella blended inside gave it a perfect bombing of flavors!! I say go and if you don't like it I get it, not for everyone as nothing is but if you do like it you're gonna love me for telling ya to go!!
Vegetarian options: Cheese, get the cheese instead of sausage ? so fooking good!!
Parking: It's right in front of the store. I have had no problem finding parking both times I have arrived at opposite times.
Kid-friendliness: The donuts ? on the wall are happy colorful, cheerful creations my daughter love, besides they have kid food here, kids love this stuff as I an older version of the kid model.
Wheelchair accessibility: Store is easy to get in and out of.
