Nobibi Ice Cream & Tea

Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful toward my allergy, and made it really easy for me to be able to try an awesome tea.

Dude with the headband sucks, got drink order wrong then hides in the back blasting his loud music. Couldn't get his attention to fix the problem. It was clear he didn't wanna be there don't trust ppl making my food that don't want to be there it also smells like dirty cats apon walking in.

I ordered a matcha and a slush. The slush was pretty good which is why it's three stars and not one. The matcha is very light in color and is more yellow/brown than green. It just tastes like milk.

The place is supposed to be open but we waited 17min and no one opened the doors. The music inside was blasting but the lights were off. The metal gates on the inside were closed as well.
Would have been nice to try the ice cream. we decided to go to JJ Boba next door. That place was nice. They have table games available. JJ Boba is a Great place to take the family.

I always order the same milk tea but today was a bad experience. The clerk does not know how to make the product. Both cups were terrible and messy. The clerk did not think she made the wrong product, but she made it different from what I ordered and even different from the picture.

The employee was not welcoming. I've been here twice for milk tea with boba, and both times have been disappointing. It sucks that the price is so high, but the flavors are lacking. This will be the last time I bother wasting money here.

Woah!
Flavorless soft serve with a ridiculous price tag. This is overpriced regular soft serve ice cream. The cones all taste the same.

Very bad first experience, will not be coming back... When we walked in and it was hotter inside then outside, should have been a sign... They messed up 2 out of 3 of out drinks..

1st one, he forgot to put that Boba in the drink, instead of offering to remake it, his solution was to give my young son a cup of Boba on the side... Like what.

2nd item was their specialty waffle ice cream, we paid extra for a oreo waffle, he gave a Plain one, again, instead offering to remake it, his solution was to give the waffle on the side.

When asked, his response was, oh, that's the only part of the order that was wrong.

Needless to say.. No thanks...
