I love O’Donovans Pub. One of my favorite spots in downtown Pomona. Always a great atmosphere good drinks and music. The bartenders are always quick and know what they are doing with the drinks. The bartender Stephanie is so sweet and makes a great margarita. All the security staff keeps the place safe. They do check your purse at the door and guys will get searched too. The security guards Chris and Tony are awesome.

Went here last weekend with some work friends Chris at the door was very welcoming and hyped us up as we went in. The drinks, food and vibes were all there. Pest grilled cheese was pretty bomb.

I've been to this establishment multiple times and there's ALWAYS an issue. I tried ordering food at this so called 'restaurant' and they had the kitchen closed for the night... it wasn't even 7 or 8pm. Another time, there was a heavily leaking pipe over the seating and when we told the employees, they rolled their eyes and didn't bother closing that section down or even cleaning all the puddles of water that was collecting on the seats and tables. But the straw that broke the camels back was our group getting hassled by an overly aggressive 'employee' for simply just going to the restroom. I throw employee lightly because they just let anyone walk behind the counter who don't even work there. His unprofessional demeanor was completely out of line, causing a scene by raising his voice and essentially making us all feel unsafe. Not to mention, security joking that people ended up coming in with guns a few nights prior. It's like no one there cares enough to do their actual job. All in all, the place is just ran unprofessionally and sadly I can no longer support them.

They have AMAZING food and the service is GREAT!! Rick attended us downstairs at the pub all night and was very nice, he had a great conversation with us and had great drink recommendations. Highly recommend this place. So far my favorite food is their wings and tinga tacos! ????
Not much Irish about this basement dive. Bartender was nice. Could pour a proper pint. If you want late night watering hole in a dungeon, this is your place. If you want an Irish Pub experience, this is not it. Cheers.

This is my favorite dive bar. Don't let the rating fool you, I love this place. It has character. But know what you're in for: it's a 2 star spot, downstairs, over-packed, low-ventilation, loud as hell music bar kinda place. If you're out to get loud and get wrecked, check them out.

Came here tonight with my girls after the 2nd Saturday street fair, kind of quiet at first and then all of a sudden NIGHT CLUB!!! Not expected!! Sooo much fun!! Good priced beer!! Awesome friendly staff!! Security always watching and felt safe!! Will definitely come back!!
